There is a limiter switch under the seat. You have to turn that off to get to it's max. Not sure if you have flipped that switch yet. I love mine!

It would be nice if they made a 2x2 model like a rokon with 4 batteries. And an increase in speed for when that bear that chases you. And a big storage box for more batteries and rain gear

In Oregon an e bike has to be limited to 24mph and must have head light and tail light at night time. Over 24mph they are considered an electric motor cycle

Is there a weight limit on it and could that be the reason why it doesnt hit top speed all the time?

The speed is what stops me from buying one of these EGO or GreenWorks mini bikes. They should go at least 35. That would be the sweet spot.

Tires are Knubbies ? LoL ! They called knobbys my Bobby ! JK . That lil thing is prolly meant to be sold as a "pit bike" for amature motocross racing. Folks go for a day or day n a half n pit area is often kinda far from amenities like food, restrooms, & th local weed guy. :-)

I don't know, but my guess is that the speed 28 MPH limit based on range (so they can do 20 miles).? Can it do 20 miles on "sport" mode? Or do you have to go even slower (ECO, Normal) to make it 20 miles?

Not an ebike because no pedals and not class three because you have a throttle which means you have a 20mph speed limit; although I think a lot of cops don't know this or don't care as long as your not reckless.

My neighbor got some Ebike that does 80 but he also dropped 4k on it 😂😂
