I just want to testify that my husband and i listened to this on a Wednesday evening and prayed through for deliverance from over eating and food addiction. Ever since then, I’ve noticed that I feel full much sooner, can’t finish the food on my plate, and am generally eating less! Praise God! I used to get some very bad menstrual cramps every month… they were getting worse n worse that I couldn’t do anything and had started taking some very strong painkillers for the same. When I heard this revelation I immediately knew my healing and deliverance had come and that is how these menstrual cramps came to an end. My healing was instant and permanent. Glory to God. The idol is in our minds regarding what we want something to look like or be. For instance, I was worshipping "the image" of what my sons need to be and look like, and was trying desperately to shape them into that image. then I was trying just as desperately to get them to bow to my "image" of them. Holy Spirit said to me, "You know that is Idolatry, don't you?" Now I can see all the actual Idolatry in the church...not the buying of clothes and cosmetics...it has to do with an idol in our mind of what we "must" look like and trying desperately to shape our own image we are bowing to in our minds. applies to so much in our lives.

This teaching tho!!!!! Wow…in this age, how many “unsuspecting idols” are there? HONESTY factor rn Keepin it 💯 in hopes it can encourage or uplift…As I was listening even a few minutes in‼️ , suddenly I found myself repenting to GOD for the possibility of putting a “relationship with a guy” as security or means to feel possibly alive versus all of that from HIM (as a kid raised in another country sent to boarding school and who was often on a worship team). Dont get me wrong, I know I’ve had many times He’s been in the right order, but I saw this so clear as something I wouldn’t have suspected and repented so fast w my whole heart just now!!! My 2nd testimony is regarding the food idols. I used to be a foodie lol… After joining the woman of God Katie, I have never experienced cravings and that ridiculous love for food died!!! I can’t explain it lol but this prayer really really worked. I don’t crave things, I don’t get urges, food doesn’t control me anymore and am so grateful to God . Thank you so much.
