I’m glad you posted this. I’m trying to consistently stay in S+ with zooey right now, but its been a huge struggle and i’m starting to lose my motivation. But this goes to show that I have a lot more to learn and get used to.
Loved the gameplay, big congrats on the master i really love watching zooey it's such a fondamentals passive aggressive character like i love. and you got the perfect gameplay balance that i love too, i'm happy to have found your channel. just a small detail i noticed tho is that at 9:02 don't hesitate to gard burst (the reset to neutral when you block for 1bravery gem) when the ennemy is low like that to put them in chip death range. with zooey someone is chip range is bassicaly dead. it might seem like a small detail to think about but it's absurd how many time this situation happens, i can confidently say that out of 20rounds there is at least one that has this scenario wich makes for an absurd 2/3% winrate upgrade just from implementing that, definitely a situation worth spending some conscious efforts to recognize
Congrats on making Master Rank! I've been following you since OG Versus and it's always a treat to see you upload. How do you feel about the current version of Zooey in comparison to the cast?
I feel like she definitely has to work harder than a lot of the cast for her damage, but you can still win with her since overall the game is pretty balanced.
No Zooey Dragon Zodiac, No Zooey unit for 6 years, No Zooey content since botched anni. So this, this makes me happy, definitely gonna use this gameplay to help me get better too. Congrats and hope to see more Zooey from you.
I need to practice my confirms better but i'm not really sure how, like i don't know how to simulate an scramble on training Mode, where i randomly get a hit and i turn it into a combo, i kinda try to get that same feeling playing arcade Mode on the highest difficult, but the IA is so dumb, so any advice on how to lab confirms please! Thank you
imo one hit confirms are not worth stressing over too much. the more you play against real people, and the more familiar you get with your character, the easier they become, but true one hit confirms are very reliant on reaction time. if you have godlike reactions, then play around one hit confirms, otherwise just adjust your play for 2 hit confirms
does the dragon automatically face and do it's moves in towards the enemy? 6:46 for example where they shot the laser towards you versus away and off the screen.
Its her EX color that you could get from competing in an official GBVS tournament. I think they'll provide more opportunities for you to get the color later
