I have never had Takoyaki before. Makes me wish they had a food truck out here in the US

The real deal of takoyaki are best found in Osaka, Japan. I have tried takoyaki in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand............but nothing beats the taste found at Osaka. ❤❤❤❤❤

is the octopus a bit chewy when you eat that takoyaki?

I REALLY wish it was possible to have Takoyaki in the USA without needing to special order the pans, then get ingredients (good luck finding the octopus with no Asian grocer in your town lol), and have the skill to cook them properly, the sight of them finished in the little tray makes my mouth water x10
