Takoyaki (Japanese snack), how to cook.

Seen at Tokyo Station.
Pan temperature: 200℃ (392℉)
Ingridients:
1. Batter (wheat flour)
2. Octopus
3. Tenkasu (tempura scraps)
4. Red Ginger
5. Green Onion
Toppings:
Most commons topping is powdered seaweed with Mayonnaise. Recently cheese sauses are popular as well.
Whole process took about 30 minutes to get one stack of Takoyaki ready.

im not japanese, but they do taste good. for me, at first it was just an explosion of flavors, then you can taste the octopus, then the batter which was really chewy.

I definitely want to visit Japan before i die lol , this looks good . Does it have to have octopus in it ? I've never tried it before & i'm kinda scared to even try it but this looks good minus the octopus , do they let you sub it for something else like fish for example or is it just octopus ?

This dish is takoyaki, right??? In japanese, tako means octopus and yaki means fry... soooo takoyaki must have octopus... if you don't like octopus, just make it yourself at home and use sausage insted
