Basically, Morgan Edge is Superman's archenemy, in the Arrowverse, while Lex is Supergirl's. I don't know if I like this change.

No, they're set in different earths, as confirmed by the showrunner. In fact, Lex Luthor is going to show up in season 3. So, you'll get that rivalry.

I understand protagonists don't kill, but I still wish the main villains of the season were dead, after all the chaos they'd caused. Though I'm not sure they killed innocents.

i can understand why you'd want that, but i actually really like tal-rho. one of my fav character in the series for sure. but ally allston however, she is useless now, but deserves to rot. i wanna see tal come back in season 3

Zack got superman all wrong. Zod is supposed to be a well trained general but he got kicked by a farm boy with no proper military experience. Zack's character development is very poor. For eg:- wonderwoman in patty Jenkins could fly but in the jl she looks very powered down. Zack can't do character development. He's good only indoing the action stuffs. This superman here with budget has greater depth of character development
