Great video Ben! I'm glad you said it, I've always thought that lighthouse was a bit wonky but I didn't know if it was just me or not. Great video Ben winter is definitely my favourite time of year to visit any beach. As you say there is just something about it. Great black and white of the frosted snow and lighthouse.

I live about 10 minutes away and I've never seen it that frozen before. A lot of the rocks leading up to the lighthouse have been exposed by recent storms. Thoroughly enjoyed looking at how you approached photographing the lighthouse from both the beach and the dunes

The textures in the sand and the grasses were more interesting to me than the lighthouse, but that last image looking back at the lighthouse from within its shadow was really nice. The lighthouse looks so lonely, it almost seems lost and misplaced. I totally understand feeling uncomfortable in the madding hordes, quite different from the beach.
Thank you so much Bill. I’ve always loved sand dunes and the wild grasses, I think they do make for a good photograph. It’s always difficult not to have the lighthouse in the image at that location, it’s something I might try and do in the future, leave the main feature out. Thanks again mate and all the best.
