@Randumbly I hadn't really thought about. I just might. Don't know to much about these. I'm coming from a 72v bronco xtreme 11 scooter. It's bad ass. I initially was looking at the solar eclipse as it's 72v. Was dead set. Then i saw this and saw theirs a major mod community behind these so I'd figure with 1500$ I save buying the xm4 I'd put towards performance upgrades. I wad going to get 72v battery bit realized I'd have to upgrade the controller to, so i thought I'd go for controller first bypass battery for more performance and get the battery down the road. Keep up the content. What do you film with and what's your editing software? Thanks bro. Can't wait for my bike to come on!!!

I use a GoPro 11 (no mic, just some deadcat windscreens and a windslayer) and edit with the free version of Davinci Resolve. Pretty simple setup ha. Yo the scooter game be 🔥. I get so hyped whenever I see them out here, or like a group of people just cruising enjoying themselves. But yea as time goes on, I feel like more and more upgrades, mods and ideas are going to be available for the Talaria. Don't overthink it man, whatever decision you make, you're gonna have fun.

Ay I appreciate that. Yea these are pretty awesome. There's so many different great options available now it's hard to choose ha. As for that hill it was damn near full throttle. I was still scared to fully twist the throttle all the way lol. Also that "hill" is monster. the camera never shows how crazy steep it is. I have a video on the pedal kit I use. According to their site they all work with the "R". I use the one called "Power Pedal Kit", but I only use the pedals and not the chain and freewheel.

How long ago was your order placed? Just curious on how long its taking to ship..

@@jcasaubon well, according to Luna, they already shipped orders placed through May 10. And between Monday(tomorrow) and Thursday they will be shipping orders placed from May 10 to May 19.

Depends. I'm not really the right person to answer that to be honest lol. I've never had any issues though. But also I ride pretty safely and just make sure I'm not putting anyone else in danger, I mean considering how crazy people already are on the road lolll.

I use a GoPro Hero 11 currently, and I have it mounted to the front of my helmet near the chin. Oh I know you're hyped haha....

My first long trip was somewhere around 25 mi. and I just remember having quite a bit of battery left, and I was riding pretty hard about a quarter of the time. I don't remember exactly how much battery was left though. I think you'll be fine for that trip in one charge.

Haha. Idk I haven't really experienced any discomfort on it. Sometimes I'm a little sore afterwards, but it's not that bad. They need to make more seat options for this bike.

In my experience they've been chill, one even told me to just keep it in the bike lane and don't ride crazy, now with that being said, that does not mean the next one won't bust my ass or say something loll. People all over are getting hit up so that's enough for me to kind of stay off the main streets for the most part.

There's no mode in between Eco and Sport. That would be cool though. I think the Surron Ultra Bee has 3 modes right, including like "reverse"? Yea coming from a surronx, the eco is noticeably weaker on the R, but Sport is crazy as hell lollll.

@@Randumbly good to know. there are times when eco is to little and sport is to much. like some hill climbs eco wont get you up and sport leaves you spinning the rear. what psi in your tires is your ideal?

You just said it perfectly. There was this short little steep dirt hill I was trying to climb, eco was a little to weak, and sport just burned a giant hole in the ground. When I looked back at my rear tire, it was a quarter of the way into the ground loll. But so far I've just pumped them to 25 psi. Not sure if that's right for what I'm doing but it's been chill so far.

@@Randumbly that sounds high to me. you get better grip lower just make sure your not smashing the rims.. i run like 15psi

I ended up lowering them to 20. They feel a little better now. Went trail riding the other day and they felt pretty good. I'm a noob though lolll

I can't do wheelies so I have no idea lol, but from what I've seen so far I think the xxx would be better....

I haven't even really done any "range test" type stuff but this battery has not once given me any kind of doubt as to whether I'll be making to where I'm going and back.

I mean sometimes I do, sometimes I don't, depending on where I'm at. I just make sure I'm respectful and safe because I'm not trying to get hit lol. I think at the time in this vid I was just focused on talking and riding simultaneously that I just instinctively would pull up behind cars. I'm new to this lol.

I think for the black grip all you need is an allen/hex key right? And I think for the gray ones they just slide right off.

Thanks a lot. I did install them and they helped a lot, but I plan on putting a bunch of padding everywhere. I put a little microfiber towel on the bottom and placed the battery on top and it got rid of the mini rattles coming from the bottom of the battery.

I hear you. I've actually seen these in a lot of different parts of the world, all sorts of different environments, terrain, weather etc.
