Did you mod the male chogori connector yourself? I have the Chi varialbe charger but it comes with an male XLR connector

Reason you are only charging to 80%. Maybe to protect battery like I do my phone?

yeah if not gonna be using any time soon best to leave at 50% but when charge/discharge for Li-Ion battery best to use between 20-80% unless you gonna need the full range/power then charge to 100%
