This is the best version of Beauty and the Beast that I have seen so far , the beast is the most fascinating chatter in the series. He is so handsome and such a fine actor - it’s surprising how he is not seen much in more mainstream media. I am guessing this beast has certainly set 1000s of hearts afflutter. Certainly won mine .
I liked him... Till I learned about abusive and toxic relationships... And then it's a no. So many red flags. If a guy treats u like that in real life, run!
@@arajo5773 Absolutely agree! I do think the actor is handsome, but his version of the beast was more abusive. I mean, he started choking and abusing his wife simply because he believed his cousin told him she was cheating. A healthy, loving relationship doesn't work that way.
Hands down, this IS the greatest most beautiful Beauty & the Beast that I have EVER seen in my entire life!!!! I absolutely loved it !!!! PERFECTION 💕. Hats off to everyone involved . There was nothing evil or bad, just a beautiful Tale & that is SO refreshing so wonderful, thank you.
I like this and I m happy that they chose more realistic approach of this story. And the chemistry between Bella and Leon feels so real. I wish that this would come to Netflix so that we Finnish people can see the whole story with you.
We get so wrapped up in the story initially, that we hear but don't really listen to the Music. I think we can really appreciate how beautifully perfect the music is on the Second Viewing.
I just kept on smiling the biggest, widest and the most happiest smile throughout the whole series. I take my hat off to those involved in this movie. Absolutely the perfection of perfection. Best Beauty and the beast I've ever watched
extremely love this version of Beauty & the Beast, the best & more realistic. I cant believe i've watched it over & over again, im addicted with this movie... i wish to find the complete full movie of this, either in english or spanish language, whoever knows, please let me know!
Moral of the story: For things to become lovable, they must first be loved. A lot of people want to be lovable but they don't love & accept themselves as they are. It must all start from within because you cannot give what you don't have.
I loved this version, not my favorite but it was a good one. Kina reminds me of Phantom of the opera with his mask. It is like they mixed Phantom of The Opera with beauty and the beast. And I loved Phantom of The Opera.
This was such an unexpected and a very admirable version of Beauty and the Beast, but I think one part of the movie is missing, the part where Prince Leon proposes to Bella.
I just love this story how some beautiful girl fall for a beast sees whats good in someone’s inside not their look witch by the way in this one is so handsome but still i just can’t have enough of this story by reading or watching every movies with the same story ... i loved this one in my opinion this is the second best after the original version of Disney
Aw The End 💜 What a story but every great story has an evil character. There always a third party in love situations but being able to work it out not let them destroy the love you have for each other is the happy end ❤️
I enjoyed this version quite a bit. Not to mention Alessandro is immensely handsome (and in no way too old for her. the actor and actress are only 15 years apart. so calm down people) But the plot line involving his cousin's obsession with him and wanting to marry him made me cringe. I loved watching him reject her!
Thanks so much for uploading the last part I was waiting for this it's really an awesome movie and the moral, climax of the movie is really appreciable The Prince that said never lose hope, is everything
Really? Bella's sister STEALS the ring to pay for her wedding and all she gets is a hug and a "don't worry" after she caused so much trouble? Come on now, there is a difference between being nice and being a push over
I really enjoyed this movie! But, just in case this movie makes some sweet girl think that she can change a man that has anger issues - don't. Ladies, don't ever stay with a man that treats you disrespectfully. In real life, they don't change. Find a man that is good, kind and wise. Leave the good looking psychos behind! :)
@@centigradz It's true that you can't change a person as romance stories tell others, but it's not true that this is just because it's in their blood. They just learned it the wrong way when they were little and kept being like that until they were grown, they just don't know anything else and got used to being like that. That's why it's hard to "change" a person as easily as movies, books, etc tell us. They can only change if they finally get that this is wrong while also having the WISH to change themselves into a better person, but for the person who is "evil" and never knew something else, it's hard to get even to the point of noticing that's something wrong with them. And even if they've recognized that it's wrong and if they want to change these things (because no one else can change them - others may just help him a little bit while he's trying to change, but it's still HIS work to really get to his goal), it's a really hard process because you're just used to do and say these evil things - you never did something else. To suddenly change your whole habits is just really really hard and would take a long time, but it's not impossible because "it's in your blood".
I own this movie and it's a beautiful story. I can't enough of it. Just make sure if you don't have a Region Free Player, it requires one doesn't play on a regular DVD player. Absolutely Love this movie.
People call him beats but actually he is the main victim here then anyone!!!! People who are close to him betrayed him & people whome he loved don't believe in him!!!!!!
would've been a great upload if it was complete but alot has been cut, where is the scene of Belle at the dance in a yellow gown, and Leon giving Belle the ring and the bit about the compass belong to Belle's father ?? All missing. I have the complete film on two discs but it's in Italian with English subtitles so I was excited thinking I'd found it in english.
Hey this Bella was strong. I actaully enjoyed this version of the prince...he wasn't a perfect person but someone who was deceived, Bella helped him escape his prison. In the end everything was her choice.
I'm sorry but I laughed so hard reading this 😆😆 here I was watching the film and loving their kiss and her wanting to marry him and I read your comment. You got a point 😂😂 but then again the spoiled brat deserved it
In addition, Helene thought that minutes before the balcony scene she had murdered her father by knocking him down against bricks. On the balcony, she confessed to Bella that it was her and not the prince who killed his wife Juliette.
Well, that some "Father" for you right there (10:00). "Pushed" his daughter into servitude...to pay of His & his family debts. And when in the end she even marries the abusive Prince, and has the needed money and their family debt is paid off. He congratulates Bella by saying; "You came close to sinking, but you made it into port"😡. And then Bella thanks him for his compliment. Saying he was her great example?! Seriously???? #DadOfTheYear 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I think one of the reasons I like this version of the beauty and the beast is because of how grounded it is (not completely realistic, no, but certain aspects of the story in this one yes). The Beast is literally a fucking toxic person in general, a disturb man. I mean isn't that how the Beast is supposed to be? Unlikable, emotionally damaging towards other people, temper tantrums, and so fourth. He hates himself. But on top of all that, this Beast/the Prince has these PTSD episodes from time to time. The scene at the Garden during the night when he started to see and hear his dead wife and then starts to wreck the place in instance because all the memories came flooding back in that moment. When you're in that state; you don't think at all (physically you're there, but mentally you're not), except of feeling this extreme pain of a very traumatic past he has. In other night scenes when you'll hear the Beast wailing into the night; it's another symptom/episode he's having. There's more, but besides the point, the man clearly is going through extreme pain; emotionally and physically. But that doesn't excuse to be shitty towards everyone else or treat anyone unfair at all. That's what I mean it's grounded on those aspects. As far as I know, he didn't really change much per say (if Bella is near, he's happy and good, but only to the point when around her for the most part and then too clingy to her) towards the end. I don't think he wasn't a psycho, but a different kind of way of being a very sick man yes (can be debatable because of the cousin Helen who started the domino effect). But I think all of us can agree that this relationship is toxic and hopefully all of us will surely not want to be in a toxic relationship. I recommend you guys watch the Italian dub version though as most of the cast voice their Italian voices in that one. Alessandro Preziosi (he didn't dub this English one, but he lend his voice in the Italian dub one though, also yeah he's a good looking dude) who played the Beast honestly did a really good job of me disliking his character and I'll even say sympathetic to a point of the character. If any of you guys want to watch the whole thing you can watch it on Tubi (it's free with ads and no subscription), on Roku, and Amazon Prime (if you have one) are the ones you can fully watch Epi 1 and Epi 2. As for the Italian dub one; google search No Place for Sanity on Tumblr. Sorry if this was too long.
Leon is hallucinating because he is under the influence of a narcotic liquid that his uncle prepares for him and his cousin constantly refills. Who, under the guise of relieving the pain of his worries, hooked him on this drug, Besides, his cousin deliberately doubled the dose of this "magic elixir " on the night when the prince rushed to strangle his wife. Without this, nothing would have happened. Leon considers himself a monster who killed the woman he loved, even if she cheated on him. And he can't get rid of the feeling of guilt and tries to drown it out with a narcotic elixir, and after drinking he begins to behave inappropriately, see the deceased, rush around like an animal in a cage. If he had known earlier that his wife was killed by Helen, and not him, everything would have been different. In fact, he was just rude and didn't care about his people anymore, but he didn't do much harm to anyone. The story of the daggers and the magician's daughter was of course a cruel joke. But the duel with the husband of his mistress shot him in the leg, did not kill him. The mistress ran after him of her own free will, he did not take her by force.
Yes, he behaved rudely, but given his condition, when a person loses faith in God, in himself, in love and loyalty ..... Besides, he apparently has too subtle a mental organization before this stress. In this whole story, I am more concerned about whether Bella and the love for her will be able to wean the prince from taking this infernal elixir, which he is apparently already hooked on??? And how did taking this remedy affect his psyche? I don't think that's good.Otherwise, Bella's life will turn into hell too. But this is a fairy tale, and as they say in a fairy tale , good is supposed to win
