@@bI00n lot's of things, my aunt had severe amenia so she constantly has to be hooked up and given blood, if they didn't have blood for her she would possibly die
Okay but I was the girl at the end. Some nurse or dr told me that my blood was the rarest and that it could be used on anyone. I was so proud and literally told everyone and now I find out it’s the most common blood type. It’s my fault I should have done my research but thanks James for setting me straight
@@CodFishOfficial *plagiarized. The comment from which you think this was "stolen" probably isn't the first one of its type. The fact that you (or anyone else you might be claiming the comment was "stolen" from) thought of something doesn't mean it's yours. You probably didn't patent the comment or anything, and you definitely aren't the only (nor the first) one to realize that a firetruck was displayed instead of an ambulance.
Honestly if getting blood drawn didn’t cause my anxiety to spike massively and if they would actually take my blood, I would totally donate. Even though the needle I usually use doesn’t really hurt that much, even just getting a teeny tiny vial drawn for a test makes me super light headed so yeah.
Rewatching + liking all the classics I just wanna say I love the fact that you didn’t care about the money that goes into it but you’d rather focus on the snacks you’re great😂
My grandmother worked in a blood bank and donated every month, so I'm sure she'd love this video. There's a very real blood shortage out there, and it's a precious commodity that shouldn't be wasted!
Mimi Vo something schools don’t let u do. Even tho if someone has an allergy, why the hell would they want to eat something if they r allergic to it? R they trying to die? (Yes, I know you can have different reactions)
Some oddball also recently told me that if you donate enough blood, you can become dehydrated and wrinkly enough to pass as an old person and cheat at bingo to win obscure old-timey candies!
Thanks for donating blood. I need to get a blood transfusion every 20 days and people like you gave me the chance to live as long as I have till this moment. You are a hero. Thank you
I'm also a blood donor!!! I always donate with the American Red Cross. When I first donated, I had no idea what my blood type was. I was thinking it had to be A+ because EVERYONE in my family is A+ but then to only find out, I'm B- !! ( B- being one of the rare blood types) I'm happy that I'm able to donate when I can. It's a great feeling to help people!
I remember watching this years ago, ive now gone and do ated blood for the first time. While sitting in the chair, all i could think about was this video, or at least what i remember.
In season one in the Oddballs show on Netflix there is an episode where James skips gym class by donating a ton of blood. I am pretty sure the episode in the Oddballs show is based of off this video. 👍
ITS EVERYDAY BRO James:wait no no noooo I will loose to much blood Jaiden:but the Oreos… James:OK NEVERMIND WHO CARES BOUT DIEING I JUST NEEED SOME OREOS IM STARTING TO DIE I NEED THEM James:-donates all blood and faints- Tim Tom walks in-dude u gud Jaiden-WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE TIM
+Xidnaf My veins roll, otherwise, I would do it. It's not worth it to go and donate blood every other week when it takes about a GAGILLION YEARS to find that stupid vein in the first place.
+Kaitlin Kelsch Ayyyy my veins do that too. And I hate needles. I love looking at things going into and out of my veins. Like, watching blood being drawn is one of the coolest things ever. I just dislike pain.
+Becca Moses Funny, for me it's the opposite! I actually handle the needle pain quite well, but I can't STAND to look at the needle right as it's about to go in or to see anything come in or out of my body. I'm sure I'd be fine if I actually DID look, but my mind always plays psychological mind tricks beforehand and so I never do (you know how it goes).
ravioli ravioli so your saying fire trucks save lives and ambulance put out fire???.....idk know that's how it sounds that's ..that's kinda shitty dude..
If I did this I would spend every waking hour arguing with my family, but I just ignore them unless they say something incredibly stupid or something about me.
Lmao, the first time I donated blood it was a disaster. Apparently I wasn't bleeding FAST ENOUGH into the bag, so the lady attending to me and doing the procedure said, "Here, let me move it around a bit," and shove the needle in even farther, wiggling it around (I got pretty big bruise the next day) for about a minute until I said, "Please stop, it's starting to hurt." She stood there for another minute, watching the bag and now NO blood, at all, was dripping into it, so she decided to stop the procedure and soon as she took the needle out my arm was getting covered with blood; there was blood spurting from it and some almost dripped to the floor and the lady said, "Oh, /now/ it's starting to bleed." And that was my first time donating blood.
