When I did this fight before getting the true ending, all of my party members were down, and I was out of healing items. That made the cutscene in the middle much more powerful, and it made the final fight so intense. I love this track so much.
Indeed, my second favorite in the series after graces since graces helped me discover tales of back in the day and xillia 2 would be perfect...if not for debt system.
I remember my first time fighting Bisley. When the time came for the second part of the battle all that was left of my team was Alvin and Ludger, and I still ended up winning the battle. If I could go back and do it again for the first time I would.
Did anyone else find the power difference in the second half of the final fight to be a massive increase then the first half, other then that this was a great game better then the first in my opinion
Giordan Diodato But I think that was the point of it. The first half being the "real" last boss gameplay wise. With the second half being just Ludger having nothing holding him back anymore and the gameplay shows that.
SPOLIERS!!!!!! only read after completeing the game! i think julius should have been a party member they could show more things with julius and ludger killing julius as ludger would be way more painfull in my opinion

American games will never achieve this much awesomeness XD I would kill for Last of Us to have a final battle like that, but it will never have, hahahaha Japanese RPGs are in much higher level

Shooting games, zombie apocalypse, dark and gritty games... If America so wanted to , they could be as good, if not better then JRPG's, but, the thing is... they dont due to trends.

Just finished the game.... i am extremely frustrated from this final fight... [SPOILER] i was expecting at first Bisley to be the final boss, but then i tought there would be another boss after, maybe Origin and he would have been the true final boss.... but no. imo the game was better then the 1st xillia, but this final boss wasn't as good as Muzet/Gaius in the 1st one... The end was good... but also frustrating as hell... i feel like the creators of the game showed me the way to heaven, and then they just farted on my face....
Yeah, this boss wasn't only hard, but unfair, when you're linked and he hits you, he almost one shot your whole group... it's like "oh i have only 3000 hp left, too bad you're going to do it again" *game over*
Hikari The Land of Canaan and Bisley were both frustrating as hell. It did make the last part (where you have unlimited use of your level 4 Chromatus) feel fucking great, though.
Ludger, a true fucking epic and badass hero for a Tales Of. I wish they will make an Tales Of Xillia 3, and maybe a Tales Of Vesperia 2...come on guys do it now!
Chand Notimportant I really don't think Symphonia 3 is possible for what i did see so far in Symphonia 2, for Abyss 2 i don't really know (i didn't have the chance back then to play the game, i was new to the Tales of serie with the release of Vesperia back then).
