also some more of the down sides 1.no team customization since you always need 2 humans and 2 seraphs 2.DLC mystic artes 3.Alisha being left behind she was an interesting character i like her move set and if i want to use her again i have to buy the DLC (if King Gauis and Princess Estellise can travel the world why cant her) 4.imo Sorey is boring that i want to replace him but cant cause of no.1 5.Armatization can be abused so early in the game
to be fair, Estelle ran away and Gaius left on a pilgrimage to learn the new world and relearn his, leaving a good double in his place. while Estelle isn't a good example of royals going on adventures, Gaius is. and Vesperia and Xillia 2's worlds weren't on the brink of war, starvation, and calamity like Zestiria's was. No, theirs happened after the main hero was introduced.
It's a meh. Put it off halfway. Rush through to complete it 3 years later cause berseria was on sale. It was also my first tales game but berseria saved the franchise for me.
@@xyzzyx4142 Bingo, I sold Arise 10 hours in and could write an essay of things I hated. Don't forget about Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition. Few seem to mention it but I still regard it as the best in the series, even if the 3rd act does start to drag just a little. I find it odd that I can't seem to find any bad reviews of Arise, maybe they will come with time, I cannot be the only one.
