Sigh. The name of the game is in the username, the video, and maybe in the description...I think a lot of you need to get brighter...use context clues maybe??
Not only Untrust Us, Crystal Castles sampled Death from Above 1979 who used those vocals for their song Dead Womb. An electronic song sampled from a rock song that samples a TTS program. Pretty cool.
Brigade: This story was made up when the song came out and doesn't seem that real. There was this kid which used to drink drugs especially cocaine until she (yes it's a girl) died for drinking drugs. Her dad was so upset 😭 and didn't want to end his family like this, so he created a really cool children's game based on text to speech that would provide from English to Spanish translations in any voice, the dad called the game "Talk it!", just like this game is. While he was creating the game, he noticed he could have added a new voice to the game, and he called the voice "Singing Girl". The "singing girl" voice is the voice you hear in this video, and if you never knew, that voice is similiar to the dad's daughter who died, eventually discovered as her REAL voice. Eventually, the dad added a new Easter Egg to scare people, so right when clicking Singing Girl voice, randomly it will all get fixed alone, the speed, pitch, everything was done manually by the game itself, and the text would say "La cocaina no es buen para su salud" eventually translated automatically to "The cocaine is not good for you." After discovering such a thing, people started investigating, and this really weird phrase got a meaning, the dad wanted to communicate with childrens and advice them to not drink drugs, because he didn't want them to die like her daughter did.
the clean sample which was taken from Dead Womb clearly pronounces "The" so i believe the spanish bit was done in spanish and the other bit was done in english
For thoose who don’t know, the reason the voice is very similar is because the song is about a little boy (7-9 years old I think) who died due to drugs. (Cocaine.) and now haunts the game “talk it!” Thats why if you press on “singing girl” that’s what the little boy sounded like.he is warning peopel to not do the cocaine or even do drugs.they put the voice as “singing girl”to hide the identity even tho he was a boy.
What kind of application or application do you use to do this? does it work on windows 7 by any chance? it's because I even wanted to write a song, but I don't know how to sing :v
