kudzanai murefu “It's not hip-hop, it's pop,"-'cause I found a hella way to fuse it With rock, shock rap with Doc Throw on "Lose Yourself" and make 'em lose it” lmao
11XESSENCE Dude you are really going to sit here and compare what Blacks went through to what Italians/Jews did? And there isn't any denying that Whites and Blacks not just in NY but anywhere live different perspectives because we have two different realities.
Cut her a break, she doesn't understand. Hence, she asked a question of which she didn't know the answer. It was a good question. Also, smiling is an American thing. Europeans don't smile a lot because it's not expected for no fucking reason. They will spot you a mile away with your happy ass American ass. I don't smile a lot, when I learned this fact about Americans..I was happy lol. Shit, don't have to smile for the fuck of it, I'm down with that. Anyways, when you don't know...ask.
Nasty Nas! ha ha ha dope interview! Spoken like the streets' sage that he always is! You can tell she's attracted to him and Nas sees this and handles it like a G!
NAS talked about great artist's work coming thru pain... The reason pain is the source of a lot of good work is because TRUE WISDOM comes thru pain. Pain is a teacher in a lot of instances and painful experiences leave an impression that brings forth valuable wisdom. Your wisdom gained thru your painful experience can save another human being from experiencing the same pain
Maybe , Maybe not ... She could just be honest in her questions but With the black Experience , we are intuned with anything that may sound deceptive ..
Nope, you’re dead on…. Even trying to get him to smile… the reality is she was only PROTECTING what SHE feels when she sees all the ‘ posing’ in hip hop. Chica I can be stone faced and still be very radiant in energy…. They don’t get that though
How arrogant and condescending of her to suggest she "hopes" he treasure his children. Then she mentions her two black adopted children to bait him into some "self righteous" nigga-explaination dialogue, weak. Also hip hop in the beginning did not glamorize those things carelessly. Where there were guns and violence, its was mentioned in a political or social way. So yes, Nas is right. The realness in hip hop is gone and if you understood it wouldn't even be have to asked. It would be a better interview minus her snide remarks ad misinformation.
Aiesha Arab WOW the FIRST PERSON WHO ACTUALLY SEEN THE DAMN INTERVIEW! Why didn't Nas correct her, is what I'm wondering!!?? I'm from Detroit and I'm like no hip hop since the beginning didn't glamorize guns and thugs! It encouraged peace and unity, then spoke about the struggles! All the hip hop fans should be upset the least. Especially those from New York! She's the type to tell her "adopted Black" kids Em started hip hop. Epic Fail! Read up before you Speak up Period Come on Nas! Do better brah! Stop doing these pointless and substance-less interviews
Nas is telling the complete truth. The authenticity of the genre is in a coma. Very few out there offer the organic feel of hip hop and of those who do, they don't have mainstream success so they sit in the shadow of the idiots that are dominating the airwaves. Precisely why I'm not drawn to at all listen to the radio and haven't done as much for years. Half of these musical bozos' music I've not heard (thankfully).
@@LouieV6can't say or talk about controversial stuff anymore, the whole point of hiphop was to talk about the stuff nobody wants to say, and people will feel that and listen to it. Now it's just glorified pop music.🤦♂️
