The waterfall is phenomenal and outstanding. The landscape of the terrestrial atmosphere is breathtaking and beautiful. Sierra Leone is blessed with natural, beauty and beyond measurable. Serra network, thanks for showing to the world the beauty of Mama Salone.
I hope they don’t allow people to cut down trees and build houses there. This place should be protected if possible create steps from down to the waterfall to enhance it beauty and for exercise purposes . Replant the trees that were cut down and relocate the people that are farming there . Build public toilets there that people visiting may pay to use, and use that money to maintain the waterfall surroundings. Otherwise people may use the forest to do #1 and 2 if there’s no toilet facilities there and that place will begin to stink with poop 💩 In no time. Guess what? When it rains all of it will be washed down to the waterfall and contaminate it. I believe there is more to be discovered. We just need to look. It’s beautiful to watch. Peace and love ❤️❤️🇸🇱🎈🎈
You are right ooh but you know they will not obey of keeping it like it's now i give you 6 months it will be different place.I pray that God protects you all in this miracle waterfalls..This is not ordinary. IT has powerful thing in here i feel it .Please keep it as sacred for purification
I trust that they will if there’s toilet facilities there. Enough sensitization is done and fines are put in place for anyone that brake the rules. We can even create a car park there and people can pay a little something for parking there . All those moneys can be used to maintain the place and the government don’t have to worry about taking money out of their pocket . I’m very optimistic because I know that our people crave for their country to look beautiful too so they can have something to brag about. Peace and love ❤️🇸🇱❤️.
I'm a bit confused because I found this waterfall a few years ago during my travels to Sierra Leone. If you were to venture deep into the forest, sitting behind the waterfall, you would find a secluded heaven surrounded by beautiful streams and rivers. I agree with your point concerning afforestation but the settlers and the people living there have been there for years. It would be a shame if they were to be moved.
Well some of us only know about it now and I’m not suggesting the people to be moved from their community. I’m talking about farming in that particular forest where the waterfall is located. Gummavally is slowly drying up because of excessive cutting down of trees and now everyone is paying the price for it. That place is really breathtaking and if managed well will be one of our tourists destination. That means jobs for the community. Tourists are really not going to Africa in general to experience the luxury of living in hotels but to experience our jungles. They admire our little round thatch houses or hots. They like camping, hiking etc and so let’s create that which they crave for. Something different from what they already have.
Covid 19 now about 90% cases are fake, let the people live their lives. Only people should try to just take care and protect themselves. Unity love for one another is what Africans need, wake up Africans.
This is one of the perfect projects for diasporas to step in and volunteer to make the steps or the toilet 🚽 . Even if it’s just $10 each or whatever each of us is willing to give. I’m sure we have contractors, engineers and others who maybe willing to offer there services to make it happen. YES TOGETHER WE CAN!! Peace and love ❤️ I🇸🇱.
Can you maybe bring this to an audience on Facebook? I dont have a facebook but I will glady donate. Maybe open a gofundmeaccount and appoint someone from the diaspora to go and find good contractors
Thank you very mich Sierra Network, good to know that we have this Beautiful waterfall in our Mama Saleone . I think this Beautiful place Should be Enjoy by Black people ( Africans ) not Tourist.

Thank you for showing this, for we who live in diaspora but seriously love and care from where we come from we are happy to see this this is what should be promoted than the stupid apc slop nonsense, can the government please see this and do something and not forget the people who started all this, and can you continue to shed light on this project, thank you and God bless
MashaAllah MashaAllah Allhamdoulilah All Praise and Thanks belongs to Allah. May Allah bless and let the people enjoy this wonderful water and protect them with its danger AMEEN YARAAB
Fact we should support the progress of the country, and stop the nonsense about politics, religion and tribe ,they dont ask us what tribe it religion or party but what country you come from, if we can get this simple fact in our heart then we will do better, who knew we had such a place
Nice waterfall! But we have to have well-planned development with conservation practices, terraced gardens, bathrooms, swings, trapeze, bungy jumps etc. It should be fenced with a small entry fee for conservation and maintenance. We have to prevent unscrupulous people building houses around the area.
This place should not be use for swimming just for relaxation pictures taken enjoy the sound of the waterfall. The road is OK. For tourists is kind of exercise eg biking, , hyking
Alhamdulaye Thank you SWT ALLAH for this wonderful gift .May Allah SWT protects and you all amiin. Please my people keep it clean and don't forget to do some sacrifice and prayers for this place .Insha ALLAH I can't wait to visit soon .
