Talk with BOSS #56 Jazz Chorus Amp Series 

The JC120 remains my bucket list amplifier, but as I get older and downsizing I think the 40 will fit my life nicely. The JC tone is beautiful, pedal friendly and they’re built like tanks. Dang they’re Incredible.

From its inception in 75 I was always impressed by the build quality and great clean power. We always used them as a stand alone in junction with an overdriven tube amp.

My JC-120 has been on more than a thousand gigs and is still sounds great. A real workhorse amp.👍

I have a 22 and a 40, I adore both. Awesome pedal platform and great sounding amp. If I need a 120 I'd buy without hesitation.

I got a JC22 a couple years back... Just sounds soooo good. Also the EQ works like magic, I can dial my archtop sound in a way I couldn't achieve on other amps.

Nothing can really do a Jazz Chorus in a room but a Jazz Chorus.

For future models of the jc120, please add a normal/silent switch beside the line out jacks so that those of us who do home recording may do so without bothering neighbors. In silent mode, the speakers do not emit sound. Only the line out.

I started gigging many moons ago with a JC50, which I used for decades. I miss this one in the overview, though.. these are just 2 speaker versions? I now own a JC 77 for a long time.

I have 2 JC55's that I bought when they first came out. They sound just as good today. I love those amps. There are a lot of amps that I like but if I'm ever in the market for a bigger amp, the JC120 would definitely be my first choice.

The Jazz Chorus is probably the best amp ever created. Since I got one I can't stand the clean channels if tube amps anymore.

I had a jc85 made in Italy! Good amp, but needed more bass :)

I use a JC-120 in combination with a Boss GT-100. Still not shure about the best way to connect them.

I love my Roland JC-22! It’s the perfect practice amp. Could you please add ‘JC-22 Return’ to the output modes in the GT-1000 and GT-1000 Core?

I have an SB-100 and a GA-60

Sorry but I didn't quite catch what Yoshi San said about the visual origin of the JC 120, what it was visually inspired by, could someone who isn't as deaf as me tell me what it was please? I think he said it was based on a Japanese box with a ribbon for a special coin ? but didn't catch the word or name. As a big Jazz Chorus fan I'd love to see what the design was based on.

Why is it called JC-22 and not JC-30?

This English accent is clueless about the amps especially the JC-120 because if you patch from the HIGH input of channel 1 to the HIGH input of channel 2 with a 12" patch-cable and guitar effects into the LOW input of channel 2 makes this amp hotroded and much louder and a much more sensitive power to volume ratio❗🤘🤪🤙 ~☆•🆘️•🎼°🎶•⚡🎸⚡•🎶°🎼•🆘️•☆~
