Great lesson, Amber. Two things stood out. 1.. Changing chords on the upstroke is an epiphany for me. 2.. The D sus with the pinky sounds like the opening to Tom Petty’s “Free Falling” Cheers from 🇨🇦

When you played the D to D Sus, I started playing Crazy little thing called love. How would I be able to gauge my guitar level, am kinda self taught, using Rocksmith and RU-vid.
Hi! It’s quite difficult to gauge your level when I can’t see or hear your playing. It might be worth finding a teacher and having a few in person lessons, so that they can assess your skills, make suggestions as to how you can improve and what to do going forward 😊
