Hahaha that's so accurate for the way that conversation started haha. She did a pause at first which is really funny looking back, but she was super nice and helpful after. Most people in this system can draw or paint but at different levels and in different styles and the only person who can use everything everyone else can and do more is Valen. I'm learning but I can only really use pencils right now and MAAAYBBE a bit of water colour if I have guidance. - Connor

I'm not sure. What does age regression mean to you? If you give me a definition I'll try to work out if we're thinking of the same or different experiences

It could also be much younger, into early childhood or even infancy.” and another: “Age regression is when a person reverts to a younger state of mind. They may regress a few years back from their current age or, in some cases, return to a child-like or infant-like state. Regression is a normal and temporary condition for children, and it can be a coping mechanism for stress and untreated trauma in adults. Examples of regressive behaviors include baby talk, thumb-sucking, and temper tantrums. These behaviors can be voluntary or involuntary.”

@@_lynnloo9988 I think it could be. I suppose it would depend on what that definition understood of cognition in that state. Cause for us, if a kid fronts, or if we become younger, a lot changes. Like the way we're able to piece information together, understand the world around us and ourselves. The levels we can think from, our perception of reality, so it's not just our behaviour it's like.... Our whole selves. And I'm not sure if that definition includes that or not.

It's involuntarily and uncontrollable for us as well if that's a point.

Thank you. And it may or may not be relevant for you. But for us, we've now learned that what we thought was age sliding, is having subsystems, where we have versions of us at different ages, but we have sometimes got reduced amnesia. So the feeling of "this is me" persists through switches and we just have some emotional amnesia. If that complex shit makes sense.
