Ahah, I just finished A Fate Inked in Blood was soooo predictable! The foreshadowing was so obvious that the characters felt dumb at times for not putting 2 and 2 together... Yet, I still mostly enjoyed reading this book, so I'll also read the next one when it comes out I think. I don't personally rate books, but I always find it fascinating how other BookTubers do and like to understaind their reasoning/system ^^
I think that’s how I felt about A Fate Inked in Blood at some points as well. I’m hoping the next book will be a bit less predictable. Rating systems are always so fascinating because everyone does it differently, but often aggregated ratings are one of the key things people will use to decide to read a book. But they’re all so subjective, that they’re almost useless unless they’re coming from people whose tastes you’re familiar with.
