The problem with getting the transfer from the High Court is that it is so high up there. The carrier pigeon's are about the only way to do it now these days.

I've got so many years customer service experience over the phone... and I've heard some really bad agents over my years, but none are quite as bad as these scammers. Our offshore departments are usually even pretty good.. but they do bring out racism in our customers. One thing I did realize though.... God damn we could use this experience for evil purposes. Some of these scams... I can't figure out how people would fall for. The only thing I could think is "Damn.. this would be so easy. Why is he having trouble with this? Constantly throwing in UMS, stuttering while trying to say something/realizing its wrong then switching the word, tons of second guessing, holy shit. This is so bad." If only I could treat other people like garbage... unfortunately, I wasn't raised that way, and I kinda feel bad even when I hold a door open for some reason. So much so.. I apologize for opening the door for them. Not sure why... maybe it comes with being Canadian.

The scammer is so flustered he has zero idea what he's talking about any longer. Once these twerps get off script, they lose it. That's why they don't want you to talk - once they can't follow the script they totally lose their orientation in relation to the universe. Too funny. Showering these scammers with vacant information and improbable questions messes them up within seconds. Scammer gets so he can barely speak, "Um ... ER .... Uh,,, yes, yes, yes....
