I'm from Bosnia, so I'm probably biased, but this is hands down the best CS podcast I've ever listened to. I already knew a part of Niko's origin story since I was one of the kids attending those tournaments his parents hosted back in the day, but hearing it from him is even crazier, literally a child of CS. So happy he made it this big, and he's winning now with Hunter.
I ain't even from bosnia . But niko is my favorite player . So i love this episode as well !!! Niko as a person is inspiring af. Him not giving up after manny failures and improving always.
I’m from russia and niko is my favourite person in the world CS. I’m happy that g2 found their way and become stronger. With love from Russia ❤️G2 🇷🇺🇷🇺🇷🇺
thank you guys for this WHERE u find the time to do this is beyond me , i can t express HOW much i love this , thank you again ps, my kids started playing CS @7 :) i only let them play against bots till they were 9-10 though now they are 13/14 and i dont stand a chance i get " hey Dad GET GOOD OLD MAN" hahah
please keep doing these origin story chill vibe chats with as many pros as you can, easily the fastest 3 and half hours in my entire life. Love the regular pods too but having Niko on for beers and banter is an absolute banger.
Good shit gents, at 31 and competitive cs behind me its always good to keep up with the game in ways like this without playing it. Love the niko origin story, (mind blowing) that he and hunter's family both own net cafe's and grew up on lan. Cheers MainzE
I'm 30 and I just got back into watching counter-strike and cs related content. Very cool to see the scene is still doing good. I've been jumping on faceit after a 3 year cs hiatus and I'm washed, though. Haha!
So excited to follow Monesy's career. Kid is insane and seems to be pretty mature for someone as young as him. Thanks for the pocast boys. Always amazing to have some insight into what it's like to live the dream of playing this awesome game for a living.
So fucking glad Niko came to chill with the boys, I remember him saying that he didn’t do podcasts but would be willing to do one with Chad since he is an ex pro and knows a lot about the game. Sick new episode fellas as always
Niko, Spunj being an ex pro,Ynk being an ex lower tier pro and working the desk and moses having been the coach of liquid. Its the golden 4 for cs podcasts
Dude I listen to podcasts everyday… this has easily become top 3 for me. I look forward each week boys, thank you for bringing the juice and making the best CS podcast going. Fucking awesome content if you’re an avid fan / student of the game.
God damn this is excellent, my inner CS fan is so happy. Weird how people will place such weird expectations on CS players. Of course it would make sense they lose a couple games, they have been playing nonstop and building back momentum after career lows. It was weird how people were reacting on HLTV like they're washed and the era is over after one loss. This team still has a lot of fire and potential in the rest of the season. People act like CS players are robots and dehumanize them, when they are simply professionals doing a job like anyone else... It is amazing that we have so much talent and culture in this esport and we should all be kinder to each other and remember that we do this for the love of the game. This is NiKo's lowest point in his career statistically yet G2 is still winning. Truly an amazing story to see a great like this be able to flourish in a team and not feel like he constantly has to post his highest season ever to win, as CS fans we should be happy for NiKo and for G2 and where this team is at. It's a cliche at this point, but this really reminds me of old Astralis days where they were finally able to get the pieces they needed and overcome mental blocks to really win. One can only imagine all the emotions this team has gone through in the past few months. This type of shit is what CS is about! Teamwork and brotherhood/sisterhood... They've got everything done that they needed to have an excellent season and then some. Good luck to the boys
I love this podcast. Niko is my favorite player. This is a match made in heaven. Huge thanks to Niko for taking the time and the talent for lining it up. +1 for the Niko gym marketing angle, I would legit arrange some vacations to go there as a pilgrimage. Bless you all.
i love drunk yanko, he has so much respect and admiration for a player like niko that he can't stop glazin him up. I don't mean this in a bad way, but in more of an envious way. I wan't to one day experience the kind of relationship it seems that yanko and niko have. Old head bringing up a young gunner watching him prosper into arguably the greatest rifler in csgo right now, he must feel so proud seeing someone from his region prosper to such heights. Feels like genuine friendship love
I’m not from Bosnia, and don’t hold a bias at all. This is hands down the best CS Podcast I've ever listened to. Fuck yes that origin story. 👌 The sheer love of the game in this conversation, it’s what we want to hear, what we love. Lesgodaboys. Keep ‘‘em coming hot and swanky.
This was one of the best podcasts I have ever listened to, I love the fact that on this channel no one needs to have a filter on, it's so casual and they can say whatever they want
After many years of pundits saying that he was a bad teammate because of how he vented his frustration, it's great to see this humble side of NiKo. It's clear that he knows that the team around him are very important to this period of success. m0nesy couldn't have found a better team to win with because he has the steadiest teammate in the game (Hunter) to keep him focused on reaching his future place as the greatest player in the game. All whilst having the best rifler in the world taking the heat away from him, and JKS as a fourth star. Crazy lineup. 4 of them have been top 20 players in their career. Hooxi and Hunter must be man managing this team perfectly. Brilliant to see everything working together, no matter how long this run of success lasts.
@@juuso4148 its a new fuckin trend where everyone deserves an oscar no matter how stupid it is. and no it deff doesnt deserve it, and yes, oscar is only movies
This is a gem of podcast, listening to ynk, spunk and moses talk CS. So much better than expected! Came here for Niko, sticking around for the chill vibes. Feedback: Would appreciate if you guys sat more openly, and we could see chad and moses better, with clearer cam quality. Other than that, 12/10!
This is gold ! Nothing else to say ... Wish more players come up for this invitaion and speak about they story and funny stories about they carrer or life in general ... I'm subscribed ... GG . have a good one ! Blesses !
I am just getting into csgo esports. Someone on reddit recommended this podcast. I am glad I checked it out. It was a balast to listen to. Best 3 hrs spent.
My favorite pro. Great podcast as I expected. I always knew Niko played since he was very very young but never knew his parents as well as Hunter's parents both had LAN cafes and were so into CS. The Kovac family must be extremely proud of them both. Great story.
I remember playing with NiKo when he was about 6-7 years old ... he and his cousin .. we were 15-16 years old at the time and always needed someone to form the team .. since his dad owned the lan-caffe he was always there, playing CS ... even at his young age he was as good as we were ... we called him Nidzo :D .. and yes he is Serbian from Bosnia ..
Great podcast i enjoyed it but all i want from this in the future is to turn up the volume a little bit more, i have the volume on 300% (chrome extension) and only now i can hear it like normally but still super good podcast!
Pretty cool content :) Gotta love hearing Ynk talking about his coaching times. I bet he's gotta a lot to say about the environment during Mibr but he's too cool to let it out. As a brazilian I'd love to hear it all 😜 Maybe you could get Fallen one of theses days, surely that would provide a very nice conversation.
This is my favourite cs podcast, so much insights that you never know from just playing faceit or matchmaking. Spunj looks like he still has the competitive spirit left in him! he should consider becoming a coach when he's bored of casting
One thing I would like to ask is for a little bit louder mic volume??(Then we have to option to turn it down if its too loud. We can't make it louder than *this*). I have my YT and headset volume at max, and still sounds a bit low to me. Still an awesome podcast and so much information learned from it. Thanks for the content! :)
The problem with Vertigo: EVERY round 3-4 people go A ramp where there will be smoke, spam through smoke from both T and CT, 1-2 people go B and show themselves - then make dicision after all smokes cleared on A ramp. Its the most boring to watch by far
