Negan saw Rick's beard was getting thick again and with it his balls grew back. So Negan relised the only way to really fight Rick was to OUTBEARD Rick. The only chance he has at survival. So Next season will be called ''ALL OUT BEARD''. And it's gonna be intense.
President Donald Trump season 9 probably. Season 7 covered 14 issues and it was slow, all out war has basically started at that consists of 12 issues, so we will most likely see it in season 9. Unless the show makes a dumb ass move like not doing the 2 year time skip and putting plot filler in for 2 years instead
Just because season 7 was slow doesn't mean it will always be slow, it was slow because it was building up to a war and you need build up for that. Scott Gimple has said that season 8 will be a lot more intense and faster paced and since we have already seen a good portion of all out war in the finale all out war might be over in the mid season finale which would mean we might see that moment a lot earlier than you may think.

I'm predicting Season 8 will be All Out War volumes 1 and 2, time-skip between seasons like the comics, then Season 9 starts two years later with the first half being about setting up the "new world" and the second half about introducing The Whisperers.

Yeah, after the character they just killed off... who knows how it will go from now on. It' sooo fucking important for them to make the show sooo different from the comic that they'd rather make bad decisions just to switch things up and keep people guessing. They'd rather ruin the show entirely just to separate the show from the comic. Ugh, so infuriating. By all means, change things... but don't randomly kill people off just for the hell of it, AMC and Scott Pimple. You assholes.

His beard is awesome as shit, barely recognized him, besides Walking Dead only ever saw him in Watchmen and Supernatural not sure if he ever grew his beard out for another role.
Holy shit, JDM let his beard grow. Kinda reminds me of Santa Clause. I wonder that's how Negan will look in Season 8? And I wonder how Rick will look? Will he have his beard like it was when he first arrived at Alexandria?
To pretty much Everyone, It was off season so Jeff decided to grow his beard.. or he was told to grow it because of television purposes, that's why he has a Santa beard
Conjectural spoilers: That beard is gonna make a lot of context at the beginning of next season, I bet All Out War starts with an ungroomed person in a certain cell at the end of the conflict, 2 years later. We probably will think it's Rick.
