You would be surprised, I think we may have spent an extra five or 10 minutes a day because of the buttons but seriously it hasn’t taken long at all. It’s just integrated into our daily activity. we spend the most time on tricks and things that are more complex.

That’s a good point. Luckily she hasn’t had an accident since she was about 14 weeks old. She’s good at giving herself a good window of time when she tells me.

Dinah is her toy cat 🤣 i’m not really sure why she decided that was gonna be her bad word but I started noticing that she would “say” it when she seem to be mad/frustrated & I kind of took notice, it took me about six months to be sure that’s it really was what she’s doing. There’s a handful of videos of her using it as a bad word on here & one of her using it as the toy 🤣 unfortunately her using it as a bad word has become the normal 🙈

There are a lot of low branches that could poke her eyes on our property so I try to protect her. Also they protect from the sun, my other dog got sun damage to her eyes so I’m trying to stay on top of things with this one 🙈

Honestly it’s just to protect her eyes. I had one dog get sun damage in her eyes and that I know a friend whose dog nearly got his eye poked out on something on a walk. So i’m just extremely paranoid now. I just feel like they make safety gear for a reason so I might as well use it. I know it look ridiculous with her wearing protective I gear but I would rather look ridiculous than her have damage to her eyes. Those are pretty important to keep safe.

It’s a means of communication. Most of the time she gets what she ask for but sometimes I have to be the voice of reason considering she’s a four-year-old… & a dog. that would be like saying you didn’t want to teach your child to speak because you might have to tell them no if they ask for something you didn’t want them to do sometimes 🤣 .
