If he is a great fellow he has done a very good job of hiding that. I recall his time as Rochdale MP - Town was heavily flooded, residents homes and businesses ruined - was he there helping? Nope - he was posting pics of himself and wife in a fancy restaurant - tells you everything. How Reform decided to run him as a candidate is staggering - no wonder they finished stone last.
