Billy lougnane was the jockey of the meeting for me personally i thought he might struggle when he lost his claim but his ride on soprano shows how talented this kid is! What is he 17? Thats insane! Won me a nice bet on soprano! Cheers Billy 🍻

I felt it was a rather good Royal Ascot, the ground was pretty natural as we had such a wet winter and spring. It reinforced what a good trainer Aiden O'brien is, there was little draw bias and few hard luck stories. Leading trainer and jockey are the two greatest exponents of the game currently. It was brilliant to see the King there 4 days out of the 5 given hos health issues.

1:49 Yes, we know this because "Shark" told us the horse died in his sleep. I'd be interested to find out how many racehorses die in their sleep per year because it's not something I've heard of before. Does anyone know if the horse in question was called Fast Medicine? I know he died away from the track in unknown circumstances, having been beaten by miles a number of times.

Well , statistically , 1/3 of humans must die in their sleep if sleeping 8 hours a day. Same as any animal , horses included. They don't sleep for 8 hours btw. More like 4.

applebys horses a bit behind, think thats pretty clear tbf, similar to gosden and a few others

@@PazLeBon Very true, his horse seem to be running under a cloud, but plenty of other trainers also had reversals yet nothing was mentioned, it didn't help the Appleby only sent six or seven to the whole meeting.

Godolphin……best trainer in the world…..as Chapman keeps telling him……Kyprios….AR…..CoT…..only one trainer they all aspire to……Dubawi maybe getting lots of Black Type but how many Derbys…….How many Guineas…. And obviously The Boss…..kidnapping from the street….so they say… and a messy divorce……can’t be seen at The Races……..Two minutes ain’t long enough to talk everything Godolphin…

@Marygaleac I think it's 4 200 Guineas and one loss by a short head (Master Of The Seas) two in the last three years, a Oaks one two this season, not sure about the 1000 Guineas? But he has also had a St Leger winner, so what are you on about?

Can we move on from Frankie please? I hope he's retired from British Racing. We laud a man who was banned for 6 months for taking drugs. As always, Communist Dave wants to complain about him not being involved. He's no hero unless we have started to praise suspect characters? The only heavy lifting this guy had done has involved white powder and a spoon!

He was bidding it up they should be made put a reserve on it and not allowed to buy it back it stops insider trading if the auction house has any integrity this is the correct way to do business
