Had to go back and count! Absolutely did not mind, I love love the video (yeah guys please let's make it a series❤️🙏) I think they said it 7times (might be more) but does sound like he said it more than he actually did which is great cause it means they succeeded in creating that effect:) I absolutely love it! This was awesome and yeah I agree with @thejurgys they didn't say it enough times (SAVE THE MONEY!!!💰)
As a mom of 4 (twins being two of them), I agree with their list. Never once had a changing table or wipe warmer. Nuks a must and Lucas’ papaw ointment is amazing for diaper rash and cuts.
Pregnant with my second kid and my list is, yeah, probably 10% of what is was with the first child, if even that. Good grief, I don’t want to think about all the money I spent on stuff that sounded SO useful (true must-haves) at the time and then never got used. I actually loved my changing table, but the crib and stroller and all the stuff that had to be bought for them... what a waste of money (and space).
I remember the first time I got morning sickness. I used to always gripe at the hubs for leaving cups in the car from when he'd get iced coffees- But I ended throwing up in one because I was driving on the highway, no where to pull off, and that's all I had- and I was grateful he hadn't listened to me. #MomLife 🤪 Great video guys!
@@HighDiver5555 Thanks for asking! It's been a journey so far, nausea is no joke and you start to hate your favorite foods. But we're both healthy and very blessed.
I know this is 9 months ago but how can you eat ! ... yesterday I'm like I want to go out to eat and I had only pick the potatoes off it.. and took like 4 bites .. I'm like come on one pound and started eating candy before my prenatal . Nothing
@@DLeighWifey I've got to agree with you. If you can survive the toddler years, you've got this....But.. Then there is the teenaged years...You know what, just take it day by day. If you survived yesterday, today is looking good.
@@TheJurgys my city in Texas was hit pretty rough (my house went without power and heat for 4 days) but I know others were worse off. Glad we made it through though!
Me trying to get pregnant back in August 2020, only eating plant based: “no it’s ok, I’ve been working really hard to be healthy” Me 10 weeks pregnant in January 2021, throwing up all day long and only craving bagels and cream cheese: “shut up, just shut up”
100% true. My advice to young people expecting...if you want to do anything ANYTHING do it now, see a movie, read a book, take a nap. After kids...none of that is going to happen for YEARS!
Love the shoutout to Everyplate. Very creative ad. And yes, they're good. Tried them out for a bit over a year ago. I'm single, no SO, and working in the foodservice industry over the holidays. It was nice to just come home after a 12+ hour shift and have everything right there. Totally worth the $$
This hit so close to home!!!! XD XD I would just add a little advice about buying a crock pot and plugging it in outside to avoid smells. I would definitely tell myself to just accept the fact that pregnancy is miserable. And that opening the fridge is death until trimester 3, so don't keep trying it every other week.
Been pregnant 3X and none were miserable for me. Not many women say that it is miserable. I'm sorry your pregnancy was. 😔 I also didn't mind the smell of food after the 1st trimester. Every woman is different.
Oh. My. Goodness. I was looking for another like button when she said... shhh... shut up.. 😅🤣.. it was polite and then it got real. Oh my goodness. I love it. Thank you for cheering me up today you guys!!!
My advice to my pregnant self: "don't get induced. Everything else: your attitude, your reading, your carefree attitude, the exercise...spot on. You killed it you fabulous queen."
I was induced twice because it was necessary. I dnt believe it harmed my children. The drugs they have me for pain during childbirth did cause my sons to have adhd
You never know until it's over. I didn't know my daughter would be born on Memorial Day when there was only one doctor on duty and they'd have to slow my labor. 😱
Reminds me of my first pregnancy. I had morning sickness pretty much the whole time and I worked at Subway in the afternoons. The only thing I could eat was a chicken breast sandwich that was toasted with chipotle mayo. No veggies. They would make me sick. I do not envy that time in my life.
Lol I love how we live in this advance time period where we can even understand this concept in 2 sentences. 😅 20 years ago, I wouldn’t have even understood that sentence.
I don’t know if they are a thing anymore but Fuzzy Bunz were the ultimate blowout preventer. My life was so much easier when I switched from disposable diapers to those cloth diapers oddly enough.
Sooo hold up, you’re telling me you traveled through time or had younger selves travel through just to talk about yourself instead of warning the masses of what was to come. You had one opportunity to save humanity, only one! And look what you did with it
Wait till the second😂 In all seriousness though I like to watch people's shock when I tell them pushing that baby out was magical! Felt like freaking super woman. Favorite moment of my life😊
Truth. Some people are lucky and don't have much "morning" sickness at all. But some get hyperemesis gravidarum. Where you need a bag with you throughout your whole pregnancy almost. Even in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. No one said how much getting bigger breasts can hurt especially once you start making milk (sometimes before birth). I did not like anyone but my husband touching my belly. But for people that like it that's sad about the last few years. Feeling the baby move was bittersweet. Good sign baby is doing ok, but kept bringing to mind the Alien franchise. Lol 🤣 Felt creepy to me, and made me more nauseous and made it harder to sleep. I used Baby Powder a ton. Our baby had bad diaper rash no matter how much we changed her. We had to do Destin plus Vaseline plus powder. Tbh we would do it differently though. I don't like putting petroleum on my baby, and baby powder isn't great just if they breathe it in so I'd be more careful. 😥 We put it EVERYWHERE when we got ants because it actually helped make them go away when they were attacking my breast milk. If I had known about diamatactous earth I would've lined the home with that. Tmi...pooping was an extreme sport. Thankfully this isn't most cases but maybe if I had thought about it ahead of time...by the time I didn't poop for a few days the stuff the doctor recommended did nothing. I would only keep down certain foods, and was very dehydrated all the time . So just to pay attention to that is good. Graceful product placement. 👍😊
