I absolutely love the rambling videos because growing up something was always going on our house so i would always fall asleep to talking, now i can put this on and it instantly puts me at ease and i knockout in seconds. Its also nice to listen to in the background while I'm awake :)

Honestly this Channel is my favorite ASMR Channel for some time now, you consistently make good videos, because you don’t force anything, you just do some ASMR (I know there is a lot more behind it, thank you very much sunjos) you just pull of the natural feel without effort.
for the question around 21:45, I'm definitely here for the whispers! I don't know why, but the whispered sound here is just way more relaxing than other channels- maybe because it seems crisper? it's kind of giving breeze gently rustling the leaves, makes me drift off immediately

I heard that toner should be applied not to the cotton pad, but to the palm of your hand and then applied to the face. I think it works better than cotton pads, because it moisturizes! ❤
My skin is super sensitive too. Most products have too many chemicals, so I have to be careful. I'm glad you got to go see your favorite band. Sounds like a lot of fun.

For ASMR in general, if I like the creator I will listen to it for sleep or as background noise while I practice or read or play Overwatch etc. LOL I am so unpicky but I love rambling type videos where you guys just yap hahaha
For the question at 21:52 -> its a mix of those, i listen to it for relaxation during the day and for sleep, the noises make a good background and the whisper is 🤌🏻
To answer the question, I don't typically use ASMR to sleep in general, so whether it's a ramble or not doesn't change anything. I'm either actually watching or have it for a background thing for relaxation or the actual feeling of ASMR.
I watched this today at 3 am thinking i would stay awake. woke up at 7 wondering what happened and when did the video end. Im watching this now again as background sound to distract my brain so it doesn't think abt my upcoming exams while i waste my time sending rockets to space in sfs. so a little bit of both.
Answering your q. I have ASMR speaking videos like yours in the background when I'm doing some basic admin or editing. For more intensive work I listen to ASMR in other languages. For sleep, yep, role plays as they're more predictable. I prefer ASMR to music.

I love rambling videos, usually I listen to them before sleeping since it makes me tired and also fills my head with different thoughts (since listening to someone speak distracts me from any anxieties or just overall mind clutter that appear before I go to bed, something which can’t really be fixed without listening to rambling or speaking of some form) Anyways, this turned out a bit longer than I expected, I loved the video, thank you for uploading and helping me fall asleep (๑╹ω╹๑ )♡

What is the likelihood that certain (skin) conditions are coming from the same products claiming to be helpful? Dietary changes seem more likely to address skin conditions than a topical approach. Also, sunscreen is absolutely an example of something that is more harmful than helpful (clogging up skin & pores with heavy metals and chemical compounds you can barely pronounce.) Just wait until you discover the oils (seed/vegetable oils) that are in most foods are carcinogenic and can exacerbate sun sensitivity, and are closer to machinery lubricant than food grade fatty acids. We've been misled at every angle about what's good for us, and what's bad.
