Tall buildings shake more in slow shaking earthquakes with low frequencies. Whereas short buildings shake more in fast shaking earthquakes with high frequencies.

In case of collapse , tall buildings will have more debris and greater height , hence more deangerous.

obviously, but they are built to have so many floors and height, hence in less danger in case of quake.
