Both are excellent, he is a natural interviewer and she talks in a professional way that flows naturally. It is true that she's a striking beauty but I have seen interviews of beautiful women and very few have real charisma.

This guy has no idea how to properly conduct an interview. He doesn't even know how to properly hold something as simple as a microphone. He' also looks like he's looking at the other side of the planet, instead of just standing straight and looking straight at the person that he's interviewing. He is just terrible at what he does.
I think the exact opposite. He doesn't look at them thirsty. 100% poker-face. Nearly zero creep level. The questions he asks are various and he asks them very fast, while I would probably just stutter utter nonsense. Not staring into the women gives the model the possibiltiy of looking straith into the camera instead of him and lets face it, he's not very good looking anyways, so it's total win-win. He's the exact guy for this job. Very professional. Big like!
