It’s not about the figures, it’s about the characters in game

The Giant Skylanders are the only ones who can pick up boulders and trees. Plus, the website doesn't even mention the height of every Skylander. In the trailer, Slam Bam almost reached Tree Rex's knees.

Giants in the game aren't THAT small. In terms of mass they are about 3 to 4 times the size of a regular Skylander.

@@RocKnight11 Of course they can be 30 feet tall like the Cyclopes from Wrath of the Titans since the characters go up to their knees like Slam Bam almost reaching Tree Rex's knees in this trailer. Right?

When I had finished 2nd grade during the summer I saw the game's logo in a magazine and really wanted it. My grandparents gave me money to buy the starter kit and I did. Origionally it contained Tree Rex, Jet-Vac, and Cynder, but as time went on I got others like Bouncer, Swarm, Crusher, Hot-Head, Chill, Flashwing, Pop-Fizz, Double-Trouble, Bash(Series 1), Chop-Chop, Drill Seargent, Flamesinger, Hex, Prism-Break, Spyro, Stealth-Elf, Stump Smash, Zook, and Whirlwind. Even 8 I could tell that they were making the figures to intentionally milk out customers, but the level design and diffrent characters were worth it anyway. I think level 11 was the most exiting for me, primarily because of my favorite boss in the series Drill-X. The next year I got Swap-Force, which was still fun but not as exiting. The year after I got Trap-Team, and although notches above Swap-Force it still didn't bring back that Giants nostalgia I had(sorry if I spelled "nostalgia" wrong). After I completed the game I abandoned Skylanders, probably at the right time. I was never aware of Superchargers until it released, and after one look at it I said, "So there introducing cars. I guess now there going to milk their customers at twice the pay," it's unfortanute that skylanders had to go this route, but time to time I still turn on Giants and it brings me back good memories(even if I only have four characters left to play as).

@@user-ud2tk7nz1o dude your soooo lucky that you get to still play after all these years, i sold my wii and all of my skylanders to gamestop for like 5 bucks. I also left skylanders after swapforce and like u said, i think it was a good time to do so

I also left the series after trap team. But had really good times with giants and swap force. I never played spyros adventure though. I might buy it because I need to have that experience.

Sadly, this is true. Played Imaginators, had fun with it,. Played Giants not ten minutes ago, had much more of a fun experience.

Swap Force was better IMO.

i agree the giants are 10 times bigger in the trailer then the game,in the game they look only 1.5 metres taller than a normal skylander

Whirlwind's parents are a dragon and a unicorn. Trail Blazer is a Fire Unicorn that came later.

I know you probably won’t see this, Im currently 19, I did have this as a kid and it was actually really awesome. Hope life has treated you well though, wish I enjoyed it just a little bit more when I did have it or at least when I had the time.

I was 13 wen I founded this game for the WiiU then I bought the figures separately now I have 30 Skylanders and it was just last year

You’re probably thinking of swap force, skylanders was originally made as a wii game so it looked like a Wii game and the second game followed suit, for swap force they created completely new graphics.

I remember of when I got this on Christmas 2012.

Reptez I got this back in 2013/2014 back when EvanTube did videos of them. I remember I showed it to my parents and they took me to Sam’s Club where I bought the starter pack. It’s what really got me into video games. I wasted so much money on the franchise though (all the figures, race cars, trophies, etc)

Got it when I was 12, got Spyro's Adventures when I was 11, Swap Force when I was 14, Trap Team when I was 15 and Superchargers and Imaginators when I was 16.Although I can't play Swap Force, Trap Team, Superchargers, and Imaginators anymore because I had them for the WiiU and my WiiU quit working 😢, so much money wasted

And now in 2018 we don't have a new Skylanders :( (2019 now, still no Skylanders 😭)
