To answer your question about sealed bearings in the portals. They run sealed bearings to keep any metal contaminants out of the bearing. Submerged in oil the oil will run into the bearings, “sealed” bearings aren’t really that sealed, submerge them in a fluid and it will go in. So sealed bearings = oil in and metal particles kept out. Your welcome. 👍🏻

I still think diff vent bellows would be better on these then sealed. But who knows. Long runs down fast trails or roads has to create heat.

Nice I'm curious to see if these run better on a non cvt rig. I would think I would prefer a non cvt with these so I can pick my gear

My experience with portal blood was it aerated badly after a short trip I checked the fluid and it was full of air bubbles drained it and let it sit for a while and was still full of air bubbles..

Buddys got the same x on 8s an 42s stock suspension somehow the suspension has held but tires are way to much for it an burnt the trans

how often do the portals need to be serviced

Portals are nothing but crap every year you have to rebuild all of them, not worth the investment
