OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was debating even selling my Uni, because not being able to turn it off was a huge hassle when things got busy. I do want to note that you must have your Tamagotchi updated to the current update as of writing this to be able to use the OFF function; I hadn't updated since October 2023 and it wouldn't let me use the feature until the update. Thank you again for including this in the video--I haven't seen anyone talk about it! :)
Gotta love when care icons are easier in the baby stage I did the same thing to get the care icons you did in the vid. I knew about the time thing(never said anything cause it never came up & didn't know you didn't know) but was unaware of the off option, people have paid to get a physical off button cause they were desperate/someone figured out how to do that so this is a miracle. Also if you have a clock that goes down to the second I recommend editing the time to that & kinda try to do stuff* to prevent the device from sleeping if you care about the clock being in sync cause it's now out of sync so might end up a minute or so off. For some reason I like making sure the clock on the tamagotchi is in sync with my laptop's clock & have semi learned when to finish everything up so it syncs down to the second. Sometimes it's a second off from it(like laptop is at 11 secs mine goes to it a moment late) but it's usually good enough I'm just weird about the clock. *Like give a couple seconds then go to the next thing on the clock or going back a step(like if you were on the option to change minute go back to the option for hour using the C button) until you get to the end(the final part before pressing B one last time to confirm changes)
@@cozyboo Yeah, crazy what you can find sometimes At least Bandai finally updated so the off option is finally available. Sadly the storage issue will continue, someone found out on Instagram that the official Tamagotchi US account admitted that the reason the storage is small is due to a chip they used in the Tamagotchi & made the questionable suggestion to delete old stuff to make space for new items which isn't helpful since some items are limited time ones that can't be gotten back unless you're lucky to find it in the tamaverse fashion shop.

By the way! 😃 To access the clock screen, you can just press and hold the A button, instead of A+C together! Either way works regardless 😊😅 Super cute gameplay!! Your Tamas are very much loved, and really heartwarming to watch 💖💖💖💖

OH. MY. CRUMBS! Cozyboo! This is momentous news!!!! I often put my Tamas in "hibernation", as I feel that if I force myself to play with them, I go into burnout. But this is great! The Tamagotchi Community have been coming up with ways to turn the Uni off, even with soldering chips in, but this is great!!! 😊
I guess i never registered that Bo was a weeptchi, i have a weeptchi on my Pix! And a kuriritchi on my uni. But i agree with you on the "vibes" being the gender instead of the species, lol. My kuriritchi was a welcotchi and I definitely got girl vibes from her
Great to know! I wish I knew this instead of my Momotchi dying.😿 I've loved a Tamas since they came out in '96!😻 I love the Meets/Ons!🐣 I really wish these mixed genes! That really hooked me. I had 6 Meets/Ons & 1 M!x running at the same time for a while. I loved seeing what features they'd end up with and getting twins. They were always different. Idk why they haven't realized those were a much bigger hit than the more recent ones.🤷
haha too funny ya I wanted to tell you OMG its a boy haha there is a tama thats is them/they Unimarutchi you can marry with an other girl. I feel like they really should let there be same sex marriage now. Hehe it was funny to see you find the clock update. Ya I find it odd before everything was under settings how its kinda all over the place so its harder to find for sure.
