Yep, hell, the fact that he managed to make Tomura bleed a little (very little, but still) truly tells how strong he actually is, given that the current Shigaraki is as strong as Prime All Might. Like, it may have been just a little, but to even make him bleed you need the power that could injure even the likes of Nine, Dabi or Machia badly, it's impressive what he can do.
