To a degree, the same point she's making against butt implants is the same reason she got breast implants. She's just older and wiser now, but basically she felt inadequate without big breast. There are places that do great, even superior plastic surgery like South America due to the education they receive inside and outside the U.S. The key is making sure they are certified and above board. These doctors can be held accountable unlike the motel scammers who can disappear like the wind. I have considered procedures ....never actually did anything, but I would only consider a doctor recommended by a friend, or associate. Then I still checked out the credentials, and would even go so far as to contact past clients if possible. Elective surgery is a risk you are choosing to take, but should be treated just like every invasive procedure...with care and vigilance... I have seen a death result from a breast augmentation...four kids and husband survived her. It was SO very sad.

I have to speak up. Back ALLEY? This procedure was created by a legitimate and famous doctor in the 1960s named Dr. Ivo Pitanguy and is called fat transfer. Totally different thing. I will address that below. But first... 1. Having breast implants and having a bbl has the same sexualization judgements. So to say what are you trying to say is actually hypocritical. People assumed the same thing about her and those huge implants she has busting out of her shirt in every role she ever played. 2.Also Silicone implants in silicone injections are equally toxic. They equally cause something called silicone toxicity. Women are still dying from legal implants. And I am sure she will not admit it but she definitely had them removed because she realized they were bad for her health. She claims she did research but women were dying from implants since the 80s. 3. Doctors have and still do silicone injections even here in the US. Contrary to popular belief. 4. Brazillian buttlifts actually was and is not a back alley procedure. Doctors have been doing fat transfers since before silicone and biopolymer injections were happening. So let’s not label. Let’s use accurate information. People started doing illegal ass shots from lack of being able to afford the real surgery. Getting $500 is easier that $5000. It’s simple math. There was less down time and strippers were making money from it. Regular women were not getting these shots initially. You had to know somebody that knew somebody. Most were dancers and entertainers or ppl in the beauty industry or lgtb community that used it for body modification. But this is absolutely not where the procedure came from. It was invented in Brazil by a doctor by the name of Dr. Ivo Pitanguy in the 1960s. YES THE 1960s. Ppl have been getting ass jobs since the 1960s. They harvest fat from other areas of the body and inject it into the face and buttocks to give an appearance of fullness. Over the years it’s been more and more perfected and people have used larger amounts of fat. They were mainly royals and celebrities and regular ppl could not afford them which is why it was not popular. When women with fuller figures finally started being glorified for their beauty in the music industry and the media and people started to find there were more affordable ways to get the procedure that’s is when it’s popularity hit the roof. But let’s not act like because a few desperate foolish women and girls (cardi) we’re getting ass shots as teen strippers that everyone with an enhanced ass did this in a basement. I follow thousands of women that suffer from silicone toxicity from implants and they have the same symptoms as those with illegal ass shots. My point is Vlad is incorrect and as a journalist needs to only use accurate information. What he says is absolutely false. And she is being a hypocrite all across the board.

Any performer - male or female - has to be willing to have some sort of enhancement to be competitive in the industry. Facelift, neck-tuck, it all adds up to a youthful, pleasing appearance. As long as the work performed on them is medically approved there should not be any safety concerns.

Slavery was once legal for many a years but it was never right and weed was illegal for many years and now all of a sudden the weed is the same and it's now legal in many states. So something being legal or illegal is not always for the good of the people but for the benefit of the government and if they can make money off it. additional people will always try and go the easy route to getting things done and not wanting to put in the hard work.
