I was at this show. I had never heard anything Tamar has done. I was impressed and will be checking out her music from now on

*I don't think y'all realized..* *Tamar literally sang EVERY SINGLE SONG* ..(except maybe hot sugar, but that isn't really a vocal song) It's natural you get tired as some point Most artists would sing only a couple of notes WITH backtrack doing MOST of the work & turn their mic off to lip sync other songs. On top of that, Tamar is moving around A LOT. Keeping up choreo, while trying to really execute tough notes as the songs Tamar sings, is a really difficult skill. After having 2 ribs removed from suffering blood clots in her LUNGS (which is used to sing) she's not bad at all. Since DWTS she's learning how to get comfortable again on stage. She can only get better from here! 🙌🏾

The end had me crying, why those fans with the exception of the older lady and guy play themselves like that. Tamar snatched that mic so quick, I'm rolling on the floor. This was a better performance of "My Man" I only expect her to perfect it every time. She sang her face off throughout the clip. Great overall performance. I gotta get tickets.

I love Tamar...but if she wants to take her career to the next level she needs to add more to her shows...people are over the standing on stage with the mike and walking back & forth with the struggle twerk; they want to see visual (hence while Beyonce is so damn successful). Also, her background dancers look like they are pregnant with oversized leotards on and her outfit has nothing to do with theirs. I mean it's just the overall stage presence and performance. It's just a tad bit too boring.

watch any of her performances on a professional set camera or live and you will hear a beautiful voice throughout. but ppl keep judging her vocal skills negatively based on camera phone audio whilst she is on stage with a mic and speakers. they hardly ever record effectively. but she still did lovely. so really...
