Y'all can argue about the anointing all day but you can't deny that Tamar is a great vocalist. Definitely started getting chills towards the end of the video.
Nobody talks about her musicality. She can blend really well + very few singers sound better when they ascend in their range. Her tone when she hits upper belts is just beautiful.
first people are saying tamar cant sing and she has no range. now y'all are saying she doing too much. & the whole thing about her clothes, it may like its a short dress, but she even said it was a romper, which means that it was short. like ya'll never have anything positive to say about a amazing vocalist .

To see her emote like this is equally impressive as the vocal performance. To me this doesn't come across as showing off.. I think she really felt it. & IMO her tone in those amazing, resonant upper belts is really beautiful
I don't think she was putting on. She was given the mic and she DID HER THING and maybe that's what letting the Lord us her does for her! None of can say what she was feeling. Everybody is so quick to have opinions on what that experience was for her. I can't tell anybody else what God did for them. I can only tell my story. Sometimes if you feel something isn't right SHUT UP and pray! Jesus said Peace Be Still!!! We need to do that sometimes.

first of all ........ the braxtons were trained gospel first so ofcourse this performance seems forced or showing off to the idiots that don't know them fr fr ....... they all have soul...... Tamar is mainly extra because that's who is she is unapologetically .. ... and she over does performances because for years people said she couldn't sing or could only do back up....... she just letting y'all know...... that she's got god given talent point blank and da period!
Instead of celebrating that someone in the entertainment industry is giving glory to Jesus because of her success by worshipping at mega fest, we have to judge her vocals and what she has on.and we wonder why people don't want to be Christians.

I remember she thought she was just sick during this performance, but then it turns out she was developing bloodclots in her lungs 😢 and STILL managed to sound soooooo beautiful, here! ✨ The weapon surely didn’t prosper that day! 🙌🏽

the anointing is there in the song but Tamar should have just toned down it down because the song is so powerful it didn't require a lot of the yelling just sing and let it flow.

Oh wow, she CAN sing! She came across like she was trying to hard to perform while Fred appeared more natural and in ministering mode. It kind of made her appear a little less genuine if she's going to do gospel.
This is gospel music where you release out your emotions while singing about a man named Jesus who help to relive you. Maybe she could've been mad before coming out on stage and let out her emotion by screaming. Maybe she thought she was singing a high note but was really screaming. You never know.
