Yeah it was more overacting. Trying a little too hard BUT I do agree...it can ONLY get better with time...plus how old is this anyways like 5 years ago? I’m sure she’s done other stuff.
I like this show has been on the air for several years. Tamar did a fabulous job. I love seeing her glow up. Go head tamar, I wish you even more success
I love her, acting seems natural for her.. she's so talented. Nice to see her branching out but I'd def love to see her in more TV shows, movies and singing acapella lol !

Tamar is good at acting. Loved seeing her in this element. omg that laugh track is so horrible idk how humans are watching these types of TV sitcoms 😩 I’m so thankful I grew up in the late 80s and 90s during the live studio audience sitcoms.
Everyone is talking about how bad the acting is but if you took out the overly used laughed it’d flow differently and their acting is better than any Tyler perry film or show I’ve seen in a lloooooonnngggg time. Let these ppl be great
Tamar is so talented, however I think she settles, and is not patient for the right opportunity. I truly believe the right opportunity is coming, but she has to stop settling so she won’t delay her God appointed opportunity. Stop settling and be patient for right opportunity.. you have nothing to prove!
Why are they reading the script instead of speaking the script to the persons…. The angles and directing is horrible…. This acting is shameful. If they’d let her be her, maybe it’d be more natural w/o the weird pauses in sentences….whew child…
This comment seems like shade toward Tamar.. and ignorance on your part. Her tone switched up fittingly to the narrative a handful of times throughout the show .
