For myself -- 1 packet gosht 0.5 tsp Turmeric 1 tsp Salt 1 Tbsp Ginger&Garlic Paste 1/2 cup water Pressure cook approx 15-20mins on medium heat. Cook open lid until dry. In separate pan, add 1/2 cup oil, Few curry leaves Add gosht and fry til almond brown color, 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste Add 4 regular sized tomatoes, or 6 Roma tomatoes. 3 slit green chillies, Handful cilantro. Cook covered until tomatoes are cooked thru. Then fry open lid. Adjust taste with lemon juice/salt.
