This video actually helped me finish a thought I haven't in a long time. I always thought I hadn't had a "real" childhood because I didn't experience all the things people expect, including not having watched certain shows as a kid. *But there was just so much.* There is no way I could've experienced it all, but I think I was lucky to have experienced what I did. Tron Uprising probably made me fell in love with the cyberpunk aesthetic, even though I don't remember much of its plot. I'm glad I dropped MHA, I just couldn't handle it, but I almost didn't finish Owl House and I'm glad I went back and did so. Samurai Jack is probably the first animation I watched that I can remember didn't treat its target audience like children, even if they were. Although, Powerpuff girls was a relaxing non-serious watch, never remember cringing at it. Some I have watched but don't actually remember; even though I remember Spectacular Spider-Man being the reason Spider-Man was my favorite hero, I don't actually remember the show itself. If anyone else is out there and has a similar experience of being jealous of other's (shared) nostalgia, it's fine. Just remember what you can about what you thought was hype af and don't force feelings out of yourself.
this is actually a good example of a similar experience i had. i had a good bit of shows a watched, but plenty that i never saw, along with the fact that some of my childhood is a bit blurred in my mind honestly and this video helped clear up that muddying memory i have of all the shows i actually can recall. i still watch tron uprising to this day and still have such a deep appreciation for the teen titans series, and that’s just two among the many that impacted me.
I literally felt nostalgic.. This music is as beautiful as my nostalgias. I listen to this music when I study for exams, do my lessons, take a break. When I have problems, when I have problems with my family, I turn on this music and relax and think of the old nostalgia and good times..

I burst into tears, remembering my childhood and when I watched these cartoons thinking that the world was alive, fun, with lots of good and cool people, that we could fly if we trained, that we could turn the villain into a good one, hahaha I had a childhood peaceful, good, honest and gentle, I miss the time that never comes back. Now all that's left is longing, tears, no regrets, the weight of being a man in the society I live in is expensive and exhausting, I wish I could lie down and watch all those cartoons again... just longing
