Are you're looking for a toss drill for a tennis serve that trains your arm to consistently place the ball in the same place?
The "keep lifting" toss drill is my favorite tennis tip for the toss that helps the player feel the difference between lifting the ball and throwing the ball up.
The idea is to start slow and simply lift the ball up without releasing it first. Then you slowly add some speed to your serve toss movement which adds just a little but of height to the ball.
Make sure to keep your palm open and catch the ball back in your hand. Then slowly keep adding height to your toss and see how you can eventually find the same location of the toss over and over again.
