Hello Karthik, thanks for this video, but you are allowing the user to update the Id as well, using AutoMapper, under Update.. Is this a good practice ? What if the user updates the Id to an existing one?
Entity framework is smart enough to identity the object and update the values , but for your question solution would be 1st you have to fetch the record from Database then update all the properties expect id, or instead of update you can use patch it's kind of update partially.
