I appreciate how y'all have to invent your own ways to do things that in a full team construction project aren't necessary, because the next step happens so quickly. For example, I've seen the "nest" of sub slab plumbing laid out here, but no one worries about weatherproofing it, because the concrete truck will cover it tomorrow. Y'all are certainly building a one of a kind, hand crafted home, in the best sense.
Pro tip for the pipe rack, use a piece of deep uni strut (1-5/8) cut a piece of 3/4 emt in half at a 45. Drive the emt as two stakes along your wall or spot for rack. You can use strut clips to attach the strut to the two emt stakes. Use this strut to build your rack using strut clips on conduit, keep it below or in concrete and you can leave it in the pour.
On a practical note: consider more of the temporary backer boards to land the ends of conduit onto until construction can fill in the wall. Like you did in this video with the saw horse, but more semi permanent. I guess you're limited by being pretty much right on top of the shale ledge, though, aren't you? I guess we'll all see how well you put it all to bed for the winter, later this spring.

We do! In addition to the obvious video record, we have text and photo records of all pertinent details on a wiki that we maintain. It includes plans, measurements, specifications, product manuals, maintenance records, paint colors, etc.
