Don’t worry honey, Kandy thinks she’s all THAT but she ain’t got half the talent Tamisha has. And Kandy’s fan base is shrinking while Tamisha is still going up even after she was eliminated.
@@CC-cf6gu kandy doesn't have a lot of followers. I mean, kandy's follower count on ig is on 200k + since episode 3 and for 10 episodes she only was able to raise 100k followers now in episode 15. Along with elliott, kandy's follower count is increasing slowly. And also, have u checked her twitter? People are unfollowing her. Deservingly. Lol. Know your facts before calling me dumb. You are dumb. Facts are Facts.
Am i seeing it right that the vocal track cut out and YET she kept that routine going, lipsyncing all the inaudible words, and the audience stepped in and kept the beat and the energy? Work
I mean there’s a lot of legends in the scene it’s just rupaul has put the most visible representation of drag out there and has done more than drag race and helped the community in ways no other person has especially in the late 90s
@@CasianoLaw and?? whats that have to do with anything. she literally told tamisha who has a career over THIRTY YEARS, that she didn’t see star quality
@@FB-sm3xx And she was right. Tamisha doesn't have star quality. She was very difficult to direct in that acting challenge. She went after Elliott way before Kandy said anything to her. She makes all her dresses and it shows: they are very dated... They're something you would find at Sears circa 1994. The hair and makeup are equally dated. Very early to mid 90s with a high thin brown, cheeks with minimal contouring and The Lion King mane of hair, frozen in place thanks to AquaNet. No, ma'am. Thanks, but no, ma'am. When Kandy got up to leave, she began walking in her direction, clearly provoking her. Gottmik and Tina had to get in between to prevent TAMISHA from approaching further. That room was full of people and the crew was watching. This will and should have consequences for Tamisha. I think she goes home next. Good riddance.
@@CasianoLaw kandy was being a loud mouth bully. Someone needed to check her. When Tamisha was walking towards her, it was Kandy who was threatening Tamisha with violence but as Tamisha approached and said you ain't gonna hit me, Tamisha was proven right, kandy can dish it but she can't take it and she's all bark and no bite. Kandy was literally bitching about Tamisha just before Tamisha walked in and bullying Elliott. To say Tamisha has no star quality wen you see this!? Kandy could never do this in her wildest dreams. Tamisha however was still not fully recovered during filming so she certainly wasn't at her best. She had only started walking again 6 months prior after battling cancer and she had a colostomy bag, which if u don't kno what that is u should look it up. In her position I don't think I would have had the guts to even try to go on the show, she's inspirational
If this Tamisha from 96 were to enter the competition at this age, it was OVER for everyone else. When she said she's still good but not as good as she was before, I now see what she meant cuz hunnyyyy THIS is a fucking drag performance.
Right! I hate to take away from her talent today but she was a force to be reckoned with in the 90s, holy shit. This is the definition of turning it out!!!
I am old enough to have seen this live. She was ALWAYS an underdog with the will of a tiger. That chick would not quit. She was up against some LEGENDS that night and she slayed them one at a time. Very few talents were this exciting and entertaining when you saw it live.
Now I am understanding the look of disbelief on Tamisha's face in that choreography rehearsal last week. Those pups are wet behind the ears in comparison to Mother!
Just when seymone thought she did something when she went up against tamisha, little did she know what she was doing was done by tamisha way back in 1996
@@luvslugg like tbh it feels weird having RuPaul judging someone who is basically equal to her as a contemporary. Their primes were at the same time. There will never be another queen like Tamisha on the show, cus she IS the moment. I’ve never been so infatuated with someone’s aura on reality TV before. She’s like a drag saint to me lol.
Who here cuz Bob? Tamisha is insanely talented. This performance alone has solidified her as an ALL STAR. Also, she is such a great mentor/drag mother that I feel like having her as a permanent judge on RPDR would be everything.
I was in the audience when this happened...simply put, it was electrifying and LEGENDARY! 👏💯👑 Nobody expected the music to cut out, but Tamisha didn't let that phase her. All night everyone thought it was between Electra and Gloria Klein...clearly, they were wrong! 😉
A fuckin legend. Music cut out, she kept lipsyncing and was ON BEAT when the music came on again. Thats how you do it baby. She's not to be played with
She was competing on RPDR with an ostomy bag and said nothing. I have so much respect for this queen. I hope she makes it on All Stars completely healed and takes the crown!
You could tell me this routine was from 2021 and i would still believe it. To think that she delivered this performance 25 years ago... it’s just mindblowing. True artistry right here.
I am so happy and excited that Tamisha is on Drag Race 13. Can her survivor and older and wiser. She might not be able to do all those tricks now but watch the recent 2020 competition she came back for and you will see just as amazing a performer just in a different way. WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW. If she was competing back then, no one in drag race would have stood a chance. Lordy!!!!! Shangela.... Now I know where you got some of your moves from!!!
I got hooked on drag when I was living in that area in the 90's and early 2000's. Tamisha, Basia. Jasmine Bonet. Raquel Lord, and Ashley Cruz were the girls I lived for hard. I saw Tamisha win that crown at Nationals when she did that talent for the first time. The girls were WEAK when she beat out Electra and the other legends on the stage that night.
Is the Super Bowl 🏈 this weekend? Cuz I feel like I just watched the best damn Halftime Show in years! Who won the game? Who cares, because Tamisha Iman, you’re a winner, baby!✨
THEY DONT MAKE EM LIKE HER ANY MO LITERALLY THE CATALYST THAT MEASURES MY EXPECTATIONS WITH DANCE NUMBERS LITERALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY THE STANDARD XOXO BREATH LIVE LEARN AND RESPECT U ICON
As a 20 year old who just got into drag race and the art of drag in general in 2016, I have so much respect for her. I honestly didn’t expect much from her watching the Meet the Queens but after seeing the first episode and this, I am a proud Tamisha stan
Tamisha is legendary. She just wanted ppl to see her and who tf she is. The fact she was a contestant doing drag before most of her season mates was even born and just start back walking 💜💜💜
I’ve watched this a thousand times and I go off every time. Her music stopped but she didn’t and kept in step with every beat. She kept on performing and was in perfect synchronization THAT IS WHAT I CALL EPIC.
