It's a fantastic kit really. I've seen what you can do with it and because of that I just bought one for myself. $16.40 usd pretty good deal there. Cheers Paul!
Paul, you are awesome, I really enjoy all your vids, regardless of subject, I am certainly going to find and buy this car kit and build it. It was a sad loss to Rallying, when Richard Burns died. One more thing, you often refer to Franky-Hongkong for decals, wheels etc, please what is his website address. Thank you.
Excellent stuff! Its great to see these older kits being reviewed. Q. did the 99 impreza ever run the 555 sponsor logos or were they totally banned by this stage? Also which gold to you favour for the wheels?
john hi John I believe this car never ran with the 555 logo, the older 4door car in Monte Carlo blue even had them removed in some stages. For the gold wheels I usually use Tamiya Ts21 decanted and airbrushed this time round though I will try the Hiroboy gold colour. Thanks for watching and commenting -Paul
devast8r3436 cheers mate, yeah As I say I’ve got 15 in the stash lol and a ton of aftermarket decal schemes for them, thanks for watching and commenting - Paul
@@InternationalScaleModeller I may not have a stash off gc8 22b’s but I do own 1 irl gc8 and a 22b kit I am happy man with a angry wife cheers mate from Australian 👍
Just subscribed to the channel its very good. Found it as I am doing the 98 McRae version at the moment. Are the decals renowned for disintegrating and what do you use to combat that? cheers its a lovely kit otherwise
Hey there, yes you have to take your time with the decals, have you watched the bud series i did on the subaru too i show decaling in that , thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)
Hi! I want to get this for my boyfriend's birthday... It's his favorite car. The thing is, he loves building cars and stuff like that, but has never got any that requires paint. As I don't know much about this, I just wanted to ask you if the painting is hard or if it can work without paint??? Thanks in advance!!! X
Hi, not sure if you still read the comments of this kit. It was bought for me as a a gift as I’ve just started getting into the hobbie. Any tips for a newbie who doesn’t have all the fancy gear? Many thanks
