I thoroughly enjoyed your build up of this model! Pleased to see you didn't waste your time and paint by persuading! Preshaping is fine if you don't cover it up with the top coat! All too often I see builders preshade only to lose the effect with too much paint! Anyway, excellent job on the Skyraider! 👍

Do you paint the inside of the canopy or not? And do you think it is worth doing?

if I bought a canopy mask that includes the inside of the canopy yes I paint it, but if I do cut it manually I did not paint the inside of the canopy anymore but it's worth really it if it is painted. It depends also on your patience & creativity my, friend.

Nice and beautiful ! Do you put decal on cockpit with relief or do you file it before ?

if Quinta decals I file them then the decals, For regular decals, I attach them and then apply a decal softener. This helps the decals to follow the shape of the object. Please. subscribe to my Channel for help mate, thanks.

what I did in the interior was I painted it gray if I remember Tamiya XF-66 black for the instrument panel, for the upper surface I just paint it with XF-19 sky grey. Good luck, my friend & happy build.
