This is a box with "Moto-Tug" inside, great kit easy to build. This is the out of the box build video with paint chipping effects and more weathering tips...

It is a shame that the folding wings are not moveable. After all Monogram had a F4U in the 60's with moveable wings. I enjoy your OoB builds, your talent is really on display. Beautiful job Dusan, the F4U looks fantastic! Congrats! Oh, and thanks for another excellent modeling tip.

I’m currently doing an F4U-4, I’m loving the use of techniques that are completely new to me( such as painting silver below and then actually scraping the top paint off to simulate scraped paint, who’d have thought of that right?)!

As always this is incredible work and I am in awe of your talent. Only one thing, I would have loved to see the photos of the Corsair you were basing this on at the end. Maybe to explain the condition and why the wings were off?

You are really good at this. I'm going to make my first one it's from Revell and it's the Darth Vader Tie fighter. I've bought all the paint by Revell's web and the glue as well. I wanna keep watching this videos that you make so I learn to do it better and better.

Monogram used to have the folding wings, retractable landing gear in the 70s. Always build with the gear up so I can hang them up, out of the way.

Great result. Something to be proud of. But may I make one small remark? You added wear on the trailing edge of the propeller blades, instead of on the leading edge...... Easy fix, though.

Eyeing this, hopefully in 1/32 to join the others in my squadron of 1/32’s (Mosquito, Spitfire IX and P-51D). Do love aircraft in this scale, though sadly the 1/32 Lancaster (HK Models) would require a new house to store it :( Afterwards might do a 1/72 Battle of Britain fleet.

Great build. You almost have to show it with the wings off. With them up it hides too much of that fine work.

I was building a model of the IL 2. In the box were pieces of blurred plastic where the outlines were barely discernible. Year of manufacture 1996, but not Tamiya. Have you ever seen this?

If it has the big sprue runners still, that's called flash and it's a sign that the mold was either worn out or at least not clamped shut properly. If it doesn't have any runners and just looks like a single sheet of plastic with parts popping up, that's a vacuum formed kit.

The second question that I'd like to do you, a very expert modeler, is this: is there a way to correct transparent plastic's imperfections? Because sometimes models have some small imperfections or scratches on the canopy, and it's not a modeler's error, but a kit difect... How can I correct thease imperfections?

nice work however I think the paint chipping is a tad excessive. It looks like chains were dragged over the plane. Sometimes less is more.

The inside of the wing folds were not green, just asking as I thought they were.........

i did this in 1/32 the instructions said blue inside the fold as well. and all if the wires and connecting rods blue also. i painted mine silver and such to add some visual interest
