What a mean black and chrome beast of a Frog you’re turning this into. Looks awesome! Maybe if you attach your ESC elsewhere (I believe I actually have my ESC double-taped to the side of the servo inside the chassis) there would be more room to mount the driver inside. Wheels and sand paddles are looking awesome. Thumbs up for a great vid.

I need the changeable drive gear ratios because the one I had stripped out. Still running the original mabuchi 540 brushed sport tuned motor. Runs great and still running the vintage futaba servo.
Thanks for sharing, just got my frog out of storage, it has been sitting idle since 1987. Do you know if the new release frog parts fit? Can you provide the links from where got the upgrade parts from. Taking a quick look alot of the parts on my old frog have cracked due to age and the rubbers have rotted. Thanks for the video, inspired me to do the same.
Thats great and yes all release parts fit i got all of my stuff from ebay just typed tamiya frog parts and got it all from there i just put a water proof esc in goung to try that soon thanks for watching
