While we are waiting for parts for our TT-02, we decided to rebuild and run our Tamiya Lunchbox speed run from last years Poorboys RC Speedrun challenge.
Ultimately, we were trying to make the Tamiyaclub Official Top 10 Fastest RC'ers list.

The current top speed for a lunchbox and midnight pumpkin was 48.5mph and 50.4mph respectively. We blew past those speeds with our 59mph run and should be in fifth place for the fastest RWD Tamiya car.

I loved seeing this pop back up! I had a lot of fun with last years build, more creative tinkering involved! That is nutty fast and man was it smooth looking at those speeds too! Great job!

Congratulations with that top speed Brice, 59mph is a record to try and break. Maybe you should set a challenge to the RC community using this video... Fastest Lunchbox With A Standard Gearbox Challenge. MUST BE A STANDARD GEARBOX ... The slogan for this would be "Can You Beat 59mph?" I havent even got anthing that fast but now you’ve got me thinking. It will be fun trying though, thats for sure 😂 Well Done with Top Speed 👍

Maybe I'm outta line (with my post, BUT) y not use the parking lot to the right instead of taking a chance of getting crushed by a vehicle on that road? Ppl nowadays are looking for ways to sue for 'free' money.
