Wow Matteo! This Agrios is really a monster r/c truck! Double brushless motor, double ESP, double LiPo battery, modified dumpers, 4WD, 4WS... what else? And the usual great video quality.... chapeau!!!

Haha, I've just rewatched this video and noticed that the wheels are not gold, but it is the reflection effect of the sand :-o I really thought they were gold too the first time I watched haha :-D I have now watched your modifications video Matteo and it clarified for me what dampers you fitted and that the wheels were actually chrome items. I was amazed to see it was from four years ago. I thought Agrios was only a couple of years old. Thank you again Matteo. And by the way, your English is excellent.
Again thanks so much for your nice comment! Especially your words about my english are very good for me. Often I think my bad english is a big handicap for me and sometimes I am feeling ashamed for that. Yes, as new the wheels were chrome, but over the years, the surface became a bit yellowish look. In fact it's not only the reflection of the sand.

When the Agrios went on sale, I thought it looked slightly cheap and toy-like. As usual Matteo, you have rectified this visual issue. The different colour scheme combined with the Clod tires on gold wheels has produced a significant transformation. The truck looks superb and is a world away from what, in my opinion is the dowdy appearance of the box art look and poor tyre & wheel choice by Tamiya. The truck now looks to me like a scale representation of the contemporary Big Foot space frame trucks. She looks to perform very well and seems very stable too. Another excellent video. Thank you for replying Matteo :-) I felt I had to comment as I had very little interest in the TXT-2 until watching your improved example in action yesterday. I presume you have changed the shock absorbers also, as they really stand out. I wish I could get as much progress done on my own projects as yourself. You already have running videos of your TXT-2, while I haven't even gotten around to building my TXT-1 yet hahaha 8D

Thanks! At first I do not glued it on, but the brushless power was too much. The wheels turned in the rims, so I had them to glue on. Ohh yes, the Clodbuster, maybe sometime... 👍

Awesome Vid (again). I'm an old school RC enthusiast getting my boxed collection happening for an immanent mass build! I'm torn between getting the TXT2 Agrios and adding clod/TXT1 tyres or getting the Super Clod Re-Release. What would you recommend? Also, where do you get your tamiya parts from?
Bloody awesome, I was smiling from start to finish. Stickers on body remind me of the Tamiya Bush Devil. Fantastic video once again Matteo. Everytime i watch on of you Tamiya videos, i want to go and buy the car in the video. I'm going to have to stop watching your videos, they're costing me a fortune :-)

Thx buddy i just tested it with the dual 3750kv motors and 15T steel pinions(with the stock tires,RC4wd tires should get here at the end of this month) it was wild even like that so it will be fun with the larger RC4wd tires

I use 2 Lipo with dual 8.5 turn motors. Super fast in the TXT-2, but I constantly shredded the gears. I decided to swap out the stock transmission with the original E-Maxx 2-speed transmission. It has the old school style Traxxas slipper clutch with the rubber puck things, but it works - it will slip on the jumps and during over torque situations to save the gears. It's also fun to have another channel on my radio to shift the 2-speed!

Sorry, hab deinen Kommentar irgendwie nicht mitbekommen, Aber ja ist richtig, vom Wild Willy. Also genaugesagt habe ich sie bei meinem Honda City Turbo ausgebaut, aber ist ja etwa das gleiche... einfach mit weniger Körper untendran.
